So what's changed the club's mind in paying him off....are there signings in the pipeline?
Will they now do the same for johnson and doyle. ...let's hope so.
I would assume it was a bit of both Perton, he clearly doesn't want to be around the area anymore and has the house on the market anyway.
He is smart enough to realise his chances of salvaging his career are running out.
Won't do the same for Johnson and Doyle as they have a reasonable chance of getting something.
If I were a club O'hara would have gotten far more interest from me than Johnson, Doyle will always have my respect always professional and never let the club down.
I wonder if their agents have been on the phone to moxey asking for the same deal.
Yeah, i dont have a problem with Doyle other than wanting him to leave so we can move forward.
As I was one of those who suggested a while back that we should pay him off, can I now claim some RAA points from peugeot? Can I, can I.
You are not alone mister, get in line
What did O'hara do at Wolves to cause such animosity? (I'm sure its justified as it seems pretty unanimous)
I remember he made some silly comment about preferring life before he got paid a professional footballers wage but thats all I've heard.
He always seemed a decent bloke when he played for us.
Super I certainly don't agree with what most fans have been saying about O'Hara, I think he is the unfortunate casualty of our recent demise and relgations, fans looking for someone to blame and O'Hara is an easy option.
Like I said I don't actually agree and wish O'Hara well, having said that his time at our club ended when Jackett arrived.
For many it is down to how he acted at Brighton when we got relegated.
Gestures indicating that he would be out of here and tough shít to the rest of us.
Other than that his general professionalism, some thinking he just has not done enough to get fully fit, and his hollywood lifestyle seeming to take precedence over his football, culminating in the shambles of the last 5 or 6 weeks.
I don't wish him ill, i just don't wish him anything, i frankly don't care less about him and am over the moon that he is gone, and hopefully after today we never hear his name ever again except when his team(if he ever gets one) takes a hiding from us.
I hardly saw O'Hara play the season before last and relied on reports and comment on here. But it seemed to me that he did himself no favours in our last match of the season against Brighton.
Our good friend Tatter306.
306 being a Peugeot model.
Oh him......well I shouldn't hold your breath.
Cinci reporting on O'Hara's performance at Brighton, which he didn't actually see.
A wife called "vile".
I think we're learning more about the poster.
Poor management has much to blame here. The Spurs fan is correct.
Agreed, Those were the days <thumbsup>
Maybe he's actuall Steve Bull. His reference to a tatter and the 306 goals he scored for Wolves.
Oh my God, we've got Steve Bull on our forum.

He never said he saw the match, but like me after reading the reports, they were not favourable regarding O'Hara after that match. Even your hero (DJ) who was at the match deplored the antics of O'Hara.

Agreed, Mick didn't do well with him, playing him whilst injured seems to have led to most of his problems according to many.
Oh and forgive me for not being enamoured with his racist wife
I see the mighty premier league displayed its strength in depth again tonight as Hull were knocked out by mighty Lokeren of Belgium.
It's just beyond me why some people defend these players especially when the club don't want them.
The badge on the front of the shirt is more important than the name on the back......
Perton, peugeot is nothing but a WUM, who has freely admitted to coming on here to get a response from me. Sadly, I rise to the bait. I should know better, but I kinda enjoy it.
not for some Perton, some will follow the careers of these guys forever more rather than saving it for the few genuine heroes.
One poster here posts more about former players and managers than he ever has about those at the club now, that is support apparently.
