I think the stats show he is actually really successful with his passes. He LOOKS as though he can't pass, yet nearly always finds a teammate.

Fair point, but success rate and technique are two totally different things.
Anyway, I'd take a draw today but it's more likely to be a high scoring one, take 2-2
I know what rkw means. He does hit the target as stats prove but itis when he is pressured that mistakes creep out of him.
seems I'm the only one that think we will win this one quit comfortably

The bottom line is that Skrtel, Lovren and Sakho are the main men now, Wisdom, Agger, Kelly, Ilori have all moved on for different reasons. We will need all three this season.
Anyone else find it weird listening to Pochettino speaking in English?
I like Pochettino, real manager on the way up. It wouldn't surprise me to de him in charge of Real or Barca in the next decade.
Have to take adv of citys slip up

Bit early for that. He hasn't achieved anything yet.
His signings for Southampton were questionable.
He appears to be a good coach though.
Good afternoon all
Interesting game ahead of us.

Well, hoping for 2-2 but if you read the thread they've beaten us 2-1 four times in the last six league meetings at WHL. It could well be the same today.
@JamesPearceEcho: Rodgers said on Friday Lallana would be in the squad today but has since decided not to rush the midfielder back after his knee injury.
Makes sense.
Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino: "Every game is a tough game - this match is a challenge for me and the team. We expect a tough game against Liverpool, who have a great philosophy and had a great season last year."
Philosophy seems everywhere these days.
It's definitely the age of football philosophy.

We are the Amir Khan of football, very potent but with a glass jaw, Spurs will be well drilled to play to our weakness, draw or win for Spurs today....
We need to score first I think to get anything today
Good god the optimism is in full flow today isn't it!
