Probably due to our poor record at Spurs
In the last six league meetings between the two at White Hart Lane, Tottenham have won five times, with four victories all being by the same 2-1 scoreline and the other a 4-0 win in September 2011 - Liverpool's only win was last season's 5-0 thumping in December.
What's happened in the previous seasons mean nowt, not them winning so many times or us winning 9-0 over 2 games last season!
Cant see us winning this...
A win would be a fantastic start to the season, considering the three games we have had.. i just cant see it !
First real test for spurs though, if they play like they did vs QPR (who were poor) we might lose this..
They play like they did vs west ham and we should walk it..
Okay, well this season they're above us, won both and yet to concede.
Who cares about the last six league meetings.
It's a different game today and we are going to have a comfortable win.
If we can score early like last season then I think we'll have a good chance of getting a good result

Well they have had new managers and have pretty much a whole new team. It's hard to even predict in reference to last season as well. Considering how different AvB/Sherwood that Poch is.
Suppose we'll see. Here we go...

started slowly ? a win vs saints ad a loss against city at the etihad? commentators are cretinous !!
New team and a new coach for them so records from three or four years ago hold no relevance.
