Just to let you know there are NO LINKS to any T&C's on West Ham site. Also within the general information it clearly states that information regarding the agreement are not available at this time.

Strong smell of something on here...................................unless of course you can prove differently?

Well I haven't read the T&C's, but happy to do so if you give a link!

Buy a West Ham season ticket, then, they would invite you for the fans meeting. There you can have a look at the full T&C's and stadium plans for yourself .

Another cop out from muffinboy!

By the way I have emailed West Ham asking directly if they do indeed have a veto!

West Ham are confident they will get the final say on whether London rivals Tottenham can share the Olympic Stadium, a source has told London24 Sport.

Spurs are being forced to find a temporary home for the 2017/18 season after their plans to build a new stadium adjacent to White Hart Lane were delayed due to a High Court challenge.

London24 Sport understands West Ham are yet to hear from Spurs, but the east Londoners believe their contract dictates that they would wield a decisive influence over any ground share proposals.

The Hammers are scheduled to move into the Stratford stadium at the start of the 2016/17 season, and they have privacy of use, meaning their fixtures will take precedent over anything else during the football season.

The London Legacy Development Corporation’s chair of the budget and performance committee John Biggs has already admitted a deal with Spurs would be beneficial to the company, but the Hammers believes any decision rests with them.

The Olympic Stadium, which will have a capacity of 54,000 when West Ham begin their tenancy, is one of four stadiums to have been mooted as possibilities for Spurs.

Wembley Stadium is thought to be an option for the Lilywhites, but it is unlikely to be financially viable. Arsenal’s Emirates Stadium is geographically close to White Hart Lane, but the bitter rivalry between the two sides makes it extremely improbable.

The most likely outcome appears to be a long distance ground share with MK Dons. The Milton Keynes’ side’s Stadium MK home is being expanded to a 32,000 capacity, only slightly smaller than White Hart Lane, which holds 36,230.

Spurs could look to use a larger venue for the season’s biggest fixtures, but West Ham are relaxed over the situation and believe it is unlikely the Lilywhites will pursue an Olympic Stadium ground share.

No suggestion of any veto in T&C's in this article.
Only that West Ham are confident they will have a decisive influence over another club using the ground. This is not a veto in any shape or form!

There must be a general maximum number of competitive games that any pitch can take at any point, before it gets in too bad a state for subsequent games. And that is without considering the chance of bad weather during autumn/winter/spring.

If Spurs were allowed to use the OS, I reckon it would be 5-10 games max (given the s will have at least 20 home games per season) .

No Einstein. West Ham/LLDC don't want to repair the vandalized seats for every other week if they allowed Spurs to play at the OS. Simple reasoning really....

"Absolutley no veto!"
