Yes. Suarez for the incident itself, Evra for lying (or at least getting his story wrong), the press for sensationalising it, Liverpool for defending it.
Admitting to using the word to identify Evra as being black, even though it's apparently normal for Sudo Americanos (maybe that is insulting to Suarez??) is basically an admission of a racist remark in this country, but it is not indicative of someone being racist.
Think there is/was a lot of misplaced fake outrage caused by tribalism and over PCness but also a ridiculous amount of twisting of the truth to try and defend Suarez.
So basically Suarez didn't understand that different cultures take offence to different things.
I don't think Suarez is a racist either but he was living in this culture and should have taken a bit of time to pick up on these things.
Many many football players are ignorant idiots who live in their superstar bubbles, Suarez proven to be one of them, but not a 'racist'.

He said somebody called him a négro and pinched his skin, and video footage along with the evidence suggests that was right.
It really didn't help matters that an identical incident occurred between Suarez and Yaya the season before
Yaya didn't make anything of it. Suarez didn't learn a cultural 'lesson'

Not saying he was doing it on purpose, just pointing out that he may have got stuff wrong which confused/exacerbated the situation. Obviously he is still the one and only victim in this.

And you find it impossible to believe that Evra believed he was being called exactly that?
A frenchman hears a Uruguayan call him negró multiple times I find it strange that anybody from the West wouldn't find this a discriminative term.
Either way, Suarez referred to his skin colour which isn't necessary.

The guy is a liar
Incredible that he's passing the non handshake blame over to Evra
If he had just stated the trurth about that, then the rest of his story might have had more credibility but him lying about that just proves the guy is a blatant liar
Something we all knew anyway
At the end of the day Suarez, willingly or not, used a racist term. Of course Evra isn't going to like it because the fact of the matter is it's derogatory over here. Whether or not he knew that changes nothing.
