Men produce more revenue in sporttherefore they get paid more. End of discussion. If the womens game produced the same amount of viewing figures and gained the same money for advertising then they would get paid accordingly

Women getting paid an equal amount for winning Wimbeldon is the biggest feminst joke and makes me angry even thinking about it. They play less sets yet get paid the same so what happens is you get scenarios like the Williams sisters playing doubles tournaments as well as the have more spare time and therefore they have the oppertunity to make more than men. Im not even including the fact that the mens game is watched more and is more exciting than the womens game

The likes of Serena Williams were shouting the loudest for equal pay in tennis but where were the shouts for equal effort in playing 5 sets? selective, wanting equality where it suits, pc, feminist nonsense.

And prostitution. I could never be one of those if I wanted to be but some of the haggered munters in Huddersfield still go out and get business. Life's so unfair for us men.

Spittle but there is inequality in jobs in favour of women too. Like stripping.

They should be the same then. Equal work, equal pay.

If the number one male tennis player - I assume it's Djokevic or Nadal - played in a 5 set match against the number one female tennis player - I assume it's some bulgarian bird or one of the Williams brothers - then the number one male player will win 6-0 6-0 6-0. Every time.

Why oh why are they paid the same.

It's just political correctness gone mad.

----------------------------------------------------------------------
Again I think it's down to what attracts the most crowds/TV ratings. In tennis I would assume it's much closer than football, and in certain years the female game may be a lot more interesting than the male game, therefore females should get paid more that year, as they have been the biggest money makers for that tournament. I have no problem with that. Physically they will never be the same as their male counterparts, so it's a bit unfair to deduce pay on those grounds.

If someone wants me to flap my wand in their face I might do it but there just aren't as many opportunities for us men in this field.

If they put in the same shift as men then I wouldn't mind them getting paid as much. I know the male sports draw in the crowds, but it's not really fair on women that they just so happen to be weaker than men in terms of physical capability, and therefore will probably never be able to draw the same crowds as men in their sports.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Not fair?

It's a simple equation:

Number of consumers x Money Spent = Distributable funds.

If not enough people watch it then there isn't enough money in it.

Why should, for example, the PL who represent the top tier of men's football in England be liable to subsidise prizes for the much less watched and participated women's game?

Yeah I realise how the world works. All I'm saying is it's unfortunate for women that their limitations will always hold them back from making their sports as popular as those of the men.

It's the same argument used from plenty of football fans bemoaning the amount of money footballers get paid when johnny average is working 40 hours hard labour a week and getting paid peanuts.

I've accepted that I'm not a millionaire, yet I'm not lobbying anyone to give me handouts that I haven't earned.

If a female salesperson in the office was pulling in 50% more business in comparison to her male counterpart, you can be sure as hell she would expect 50% more commission.

It's pretty simple really.

Hey, I'm not exactly going to start lobbying for equal pay for women. Just making the point.

honestly, who gives a fück about women's sports?

They have household sports like ironing and baking, yet the crafty fückers try and encroach on anything we hold dear.
