Oh yeah, I mean you couldn't tell from my posts over the last year but I generally try to be mr. positive when it comes to Rovers. Have never booed the team off and never will, and have yet to join in with any Kean out chants or attend any anti-Venkys protests from last season. Basically because I desperately want Kean to succeed and desperately want Venkys to have the club's best interests at heart. Changing managers guarantees nothing and changing owners is usually a protracted nightmare.

You've gotta rant somewhere and let off steam and I think most fans just prefer to do it on here. But as someone said earlier every crumb of comfort and positivity should be savoured. This should help confidence and should help gel some of the new lads, so I'm pretty pleased with it personally.

Voting with your feet will not do anything but demoralise the team. I am hard working and honest but not turning up will do nothing for the team or club. The so called big clubs who still get 40000 plus crowds still sack their manager irrespective of the crowds they get.

Who's being smug? And not according to the bookies. There are a number of poor sides in the league this season (the 3 that came up for starters) and we currently are mainly poor because we have a poor manager. If we look in trouble he goes and we get another one. Basically we'd have to have 2 consecutive Keans this season to get relegated. So put your dummy back in and think of a better one.

Prof, I don't think there's any intention to be smug. There is divide within our club at the moment between those who believe our owners are brilliant and our new manager the special one versus those with a modicum of in-telly-gence.

Some would say that getting well beaten in our opening two prem games was bad whereas others suggest winning cc games (that the oppo werent to bothered about) means we are back on for top four!
