Skrtel had a very poor first half too, but redeemed himself in the second

It was ugly at times but I think we would have lost that game a few weeks ago.

We have toughened up since Palace.

Beat Sunderland and Basle and the season will be properly up and running ready for Man Utd and Arsenal.

Exactly I can't believe the media stories at the weekend that kept saying he had been dropped. He was rested not dropped, he had played two games in a matter of days before and at his age he can't play every single game. Such idiots in the media, why can't they see this.

I really would be disappointed if Gerrard left us at the end of the season; he can still do a job for us.

Good to win and come back from behind. Let's keep up the momentum

They're not idiots, they're very intelligent. They know they truth but it works better for them to print the sensationalist stories as the real idiots, the people who buy the stories, lap it up.

10 men leicester totally dominated the midfield for the majority of the second half,how the feck could he have been brilliant

Battled to a much needed victory.

Battling is what is required, but I was unimpressed with how we managed the game when Leicester went down to ten men.

Delighted with the 3 points though and hopefully some much needed confidence, and in turn some composure will return to the players.

Beat Sunderland and then we will be right in the mood for the big European game. Get through that successfully, and our season will seem a whole lot rosier before some tricky games.

Hopefully this is the end of this ridiculous deep position Gerrard was forced to play.

Referee was incredible, at the end when sterling got kicked in the unmentionables and not even a foul, just have to laugh.
