In its basic form eat less, move more. I appreciate you’ve hit a wall in which case you really need to up the exercise, more intense stuff such as running, really get the heart pumping.

What are you actually trying to achieve and how tall are you?

Sounds like your diet is reasonably healthy but still eating the fried eggs regularly is hardly going to help with that last push.

I’m presuming you don’t drink?

Don't eat late night
Get your stomach used to eating less
Drink water
It'll be difficult to exercise while you're doing this though

I lost 6 stone a couple of years ago, slowly turned myself in to a fat and just took action. Started cycling and playing tennis and cut out everything all together for a few months, perhaps not advisable but I needed to see results to keep me motivated. I ate steamed veg and nothing else for lunch for about 4 months, had stuff like chickpea and lentil salads of homemade tuna curry in the evening and the weight just fell off. Eventually at about 81kg I just couldn’t lose anymore weight, I’m now settled around 90kg and don’t really diet anymore but I think over the process I just realigned what I now consider normal and am more aware of nutrition.

You need to do some form of exercise otherwise your food stores as fat (obviously) like a previous poster said eat more snacks just smaller portions so instead of having a big breakfast, a big lunch, a big dinner and perhaps a late night snack have a big breakfast, and a piece of fruit every couple of hours until your dinner and then of your really hungry late at night have a bowl of Weetabix 😝

I think running is the best way,try running as much as you can. Don't eat bread at all if possible, and no fried food (i know it's hard). If you enjoy swimming that's a good workout.

You can eat bread but bread like sainsburys/Asda own made break is a big no no. Try Veda bread, very tasty.

Do lots more weight training. People don't realise that it's very good for losing weight. New research recently shows it's very beneficial for calorie burning and weight loss. Also once you do lose the weight your body will be toned. I remember through school and til about 19, I used to be a bit on the chubby side. I had quite a healthy diet and, I played football regular, at least twice a week, sometimes squash or kick boxing for a while as well. I could never understand why I was still fat, I could never seem to drop the weight even though I was excersising.

Wasn't until I properly started including weight training into my routines that I saw the weight drop off. Now I go gym 4 times a week, do weight training on each day, as well as football tuesday and saturday, then go on the bike a bit at the gym as well for additional cardio.

But for me doing weights made the difference. Didn't do any stupid diets, just didn't eat crap. And the weight dropped very quickly. Was costly though because all my clothes were to big for a while, had to replace them all!

T Bone you do cycle a lot!Still I find it hard to believe that you regularly cycle 40 miles a day though I think that 20 miles cycling is not that hard!I used to be quite active but nowadays I just do skipping in one hour every day for two or three consecutive days and then take one day off of exercise!

Subways are no good really. Once in a while is fine, but multiple times a week is bad. The bread is the worst thing for you and the meat is processed tattee.

Cut out fruit juices (almost pure sugar) and fizzy drink. Eat more fish, and snack on almonds. Try and work out a caloric limit for your day too.

Getting a grill will help too. Look up George Foreman. Buy your meat from a local butcher and grill it in there.
