Stop eating wheat! Simple ? Well, no cos wheat is in everything nice, but as a way of losing weight, is incredibly effective!

T Bone you do cycle a lot!Still I find it hard to believe that you regularly cycle 40 miles a day though I think that 20 miles cycling is not that hard!I used to be quite active but nowadays I just do skipping in one hour every day for two or three consecutive days and then take one day off of exercise!

It is exactly 10 miles to my work. There and back is 20 miles. If my team are not playing or my diary is booked I usually go for a long ride home. I can do 10 miles in 30 mins and I don't feel that is enough so I go a much longer route home.
I only do it 5 days a week and go for a gentle ride at the weekend.
The other sport that trims you up is rock climbing. I am slim but have just been to Tonsai in Thailand which is a divers island and i felt fat!!
Too much bread in your diet for starters, so hard for your stomach to digest.

Getting a grill will help too. Look up George Foreman. Buy your meat from a local butcher and grill it in there.

The butchers other customers might complain if you cook it in there though?
swimming is probably the best option to lose weight.

With motivation and determination losing 20 kilos is not that hard. Its what happens after you have accomplished your target. Keeping it off is the hard part.

Losing weight is easy, stop being a fat pr ick, and eat less, it's that simple. 70% of losing weight is all about the diet. Exercise isn't overly important to actually losing weight, it's main purpose is to help cut the excess skin you're going to have left after losing fat.
Once upon a time I was actually a couple KG overweight, but then I went back to not eating like a fat fck, and quickly lost it.
Just be awesome like me
