one game at a time

blackpool bottom of the league but just won their last game and the sort of team that so often derails wolves. we'll start strong favourites though and need to keep this run going - 4 wins from 5 and climbing

Another great win.

Wonder what the odds are for us to meet muppetswich in the play off final?

You obviously don't think he'll get his Championship hat trick?

posted on 11/1/15

No I hope he doesn't

I'd rather we go up than him.

don't think he'll win the league bute,

I reckon play-offs for Ipswich and hopefully knocked out in the semis because I wouldn't want to have to play them

You don't think we match up well with a team that has the lowest pass completion and most long balls then GB?

Me neither.

Feck the play-offs. Get an auto spot!

Agreed. But you don't have to be disrespectful to our greatest manager in 30 years. We've plum, I mean moved on since then, but we still have our history.

Some on here are terrified about Mick's performance at Ipswich. Turned round a side for £10k fork-out. Competing at the top. That could have been us.

I just know we've been beaten by mick's Ipswich the last twice we have played them, without really looking like a win.

it could have been us if he hadn't done such a poor job in his last year in the prem

So far so good.

If any other manager had achieved the turnaround that MM has done at Ipswich we'd be lauding him. Had we appointed him, instead of Dean Saunders, we'd not have gone down to division 3

Can't say i am terrified.

Has a better squad, far more experienced, several more players from prem clubs, more internationals and in its third season.

Yet our team made up mostly of youngsters with very little experience is 7 points behind, a far more impressive achievement at this stage

Don't you think Mr Jackett has done an amazing job in turning round a broken club to what we have now and clearing out the dross .....

Not sure if this has been mentioned:

That is fantastic news, what a great day

A couple more additions would be great.

Jesse Lingaard rumoured to be one.

agree on both counts bute

having sat at the games for the six years he was our manager, and seen him get us promoted in the best possible style, as well as keep us in the prem for three years, I will always respect MM and be grateful we employed him

having sat through the last 15 months or so of his time, I cant be unhappy that we sacked him

KJ is doing exactly what mick did when he came into the club and has largely impressed so far. we'll be better able to judge the two of them once jackett has finished three years in the championship - although I'm hoping he doesn't need that long

Jackett has done an incredible job thus far Perton
