So if every country had nuclear weapons, that would stop war? Its bloody bizarre that, that's what it takes to stop countries going to war with each other.

Provided we keep neo cons away from govt,
------------------------------------------
It's not always about America. Pakistan and India were moments away from nuclear war as were China and Russia.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Pak and India have never been close to a nuclear war. They might hate each other but its never got to nuclear. Having the nukes is a ego thing.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Good point it is an ego thing and also the point made earlier (MUDD?) about them being to close together means they would never risk a nuclear strike against each other.
To reiterate earlier points regarding Japans surrender. They would not have surrendered until the country had been bombed back to the stone age.
These guys saw surrender as shameful hence their appaling treatment of POW`s who did surrender.
They charge machine gun nests with swords.
You only have to look at the meagre amount of prosoners taken in places such as Okinawa and Iwo Jima to confirm this.
Im not anti Japanese by the way. I am just making a point.

It is bizarre and I certainly don't think every country needs a nuclear weapon (the smaller ones can 'buddy' up to the bigger ones like Australia) but i'm pretty certain that having nukes stopped the US and Russia from starting World War 3 and with it the loss of tens of millions of lives.

The evidence backs my views up, even the FBI focus now more on right wing separatist groups.
People always want a boogie man to keep you scared so you give up your rights. Immediately those loons attacked Paris, they tried to pass a bill to allow them to spy on our internet activity.
When the bomber tried to bomb a plane with alleged liquid, body scanners.
It is very simple and effective fear mongering.
Can you explain to me in detail how ISIS can attack Britain militarily?

When did I say that Britain was the ones who would suffer? Right now in the Middle East we have a group of people in ISIS who are determined to take over huge swathes of the Middle East to further their war on other muslims who don't quite want to go back to living in the stone ages.
Saudi Arabia are suitably concerned enough to be building a wall across the desert to keep ISIS out.
If you can't see what a huge threat the Taliban are to Pakistan then you're not looking.

Robb, the taliban is no threat whatsoever to Pakistan.
If ISIS tries to expand into Iran, it would be most amusing, that will be the end of ISIS
Saudi Arabia building a wall to keep ISIS out whilst funding them and just about every terrorist group.
You realise the kurds defeated ISIS, right?
Turkey would squash them as well.
You need to stop being so easily manipulated.

You'd like to think that if the Taliban ever procured Pakistan's nuclear arms that the USA and UK would take the Utilitarian decision to nuke the region immediately for the greater good.
