No bloomin wonder we rejected it - bloomin cheek.
They'll only break him anyway. Maybe that's the add ons. £6 mil plus extra if he manages to stay injury free whilst there - we couldn't take the risk and said no!
Seems a ridiculously low bid. What are Arsenal playing at?? Everything seems very erratic there at the moment, as in contrast they are rumoured to be joining the Sneijder hunt......
I think Wenger has lost the plot myself.
6m is far too low but 17m is imo a bit to high due to his contract situation, If they offered 10m for him i think then is the time to deal 8m is still to low for a player of Cahill's ilk but i hope this can be sorted asap as we are only 5 days away from the window closing and we need to buy the players we want plus Cahills replacement as Knight and Wheater showed they can't play together.
hes doing it becasue we are bolton...
that is all...
£10-£12million is a fair price if he only as a year left on his deal.
Who will you be able to get in time to replace him?
The bid was rejected 2 days ago according to local radio reports since then we have been active with City trying to get Boyata and know we all understand why.
Richard Turpin had nothing on Wenger. What an insult.
They might be in the Champions league but I will put money on them not getting through to the knock-out stages. I also think they will not get a spot in any European competition next season. They are falling apart at the seams.
I had to replace the name to Richard as the forum does not accept the name we all know him by. Come on Mods, sort this out.
I'd still value him between £12-15m, even with a year only left on his contract
I think Coywe will still value him at that. I think Coyle would rather not sell him an keep him for one more season.
£6m was an insult to everyone involved, Coyle, Cahill, Bwfc, Bwfc fans and even afc fans. £12-£15m is still a fair price. If Nasri goes for £24m with one year left, how is Cahill 4 times worse than Nasri?
Chelsea may come in for him, don't worry Bolton, and we offer good money.
Alex is likely to leave for Juve
Ravjokic didn't get a work permit aswell. Plus Luiz is still injured. I hope you do, he's would do much better at Chelsea alongside Terry.
I want him more than Dann or Jagielka.
I think Chelsea will probably make a bid.
Cahill to Chelsea for 12m plus Sturridge on loan for the season anyone?
I want Sturridge to stay.
I think we may make a cheekybid for Dann. It seems no sensicle to me for two title challenging teams to want to buy a defender who was in a relegated team last season? Hardly the quality they desire
if we got 10m plus for Cahill and then signed Dann for say 7m i would be very very happy
Its a fair price for someone in his last year of his contract
i would say 6-8m is about right. cahill = overrated
This is why Arsenal have not won a trophy in 6 years 12m for a kid from the 3rd division but wont spend 12m on an England international
Please share with us your amazing football wisdom and tell me who is a better option than Cahill?
