So funny. I agree should be on the bench.

Id give him a go on the left of the 3 behind Morison at some point.

Remember Grella was acknowledged as most skilful in training.....

feel the only way he can start is either with mowatt getting injured or him coming on and playing a blinder which makes it hard to include him in next game

redfern i feel will always favour his academy boys

To be fair he shouldnt just get a random when start, currently the team is playing well without him.

Think if we had been 3-0 up in some of these wins of late we would have seen much more of him.

I like the kid, would like to see more of him.

Do you not think by making such a thread, it is exacerbating the said "over hyping" of him? Do you not think total apathy is a better tool than cynicism? All you have done is highlight a piece of skill he did, a piece of skill he did to Derby at Elland road that led to them targeting him...

Cellino sign him up

Him Rudy and Cook are best players for taking people on and beating them. either via pace and power or skill.

Also, skill and technique are not mutually inclusive! Grella had skill, but it has heavily weighted towards flair! Flair is the use of physicality and confidence to produce a moment of rare technical skill. Grella had flair but no intelligence and technique to use it effectively.

Adryan uses technical ability as primary and skill to supplement that. His use of flair is as pre cursor, to his understanding of what that said bit of skill contributes, to the success of his particular situation.

i.e The way he collected the ball in the clip "ball roll", enabled him to create the necessary momentum for a burst of controlled speed. The "step over" was essential in using the opposing players inward run against him.

Talented talented lad.

Da Costa never stood a chance with Leeds fans, he was not as bad as ppl say. Good technique, brave on the ball too. He was never given enough time imo.

That's why other players could never get the ball off him in training.

As for Da Costa, he was so 'not as bad as people made out' that it led to this glittering career:

Training and real matches are totally different mate. That's why other players could never get the ball off him in training, players for the most part are not in the game zone.

Da Costa was no Brolin, this is what i believe. He could have done well for us. Look at Murphy.

On pone hand you say a player can be judged on what he does in training, yet here you're saying what happens in training doesn't really count....classic!

Keep on digging that Da Costa hole....

posted on 17/2/15

No doubt he has talent, but he is too lightweight for the Championship midfield battles. Fancy footwork, good on the eye but totally ineffective, hence why dropped- for now.

No i am not! I think you need to read what i am saying again.

No digging going on here boo boo.

I actually don't think he's lightweight at all.

Just doesn't do a lot

Mike, I am talking about what you have said before about seeing players in training.

Now you're trying to say what someone does in training isn't that important because it's not a real life match...
