This article doesn't make any sense because Henderson has actually been in good form recently whereas Ramsey has been terrible all season.
Don't see any parallels between the two players this season.
I have long thought that Hendo tries too hard. Last night was poor show from him. I still think he is a fantastic player, totally committed to the cause.

He doesn't try too hard.
He just lacks composure in his shooting. If he fixes that at some point in his career he will move to another level.
As he is now, he is one of the best all round centre mids in the league, as the stats show with only a handful of players outperforming him in the same position.
Kuyt was outstanding for us and essential to the tactics Rafa employed, in fact it wouldn't have worked without him. Different players have different attributes and it takes somebody with a very narrow mind not to be able to appreciate players who aren't in the typical attribute category.

I wasn't at anytime on a high horse.
It's you that's claiming a player wasn't very good simply because he had great attributes in an area you don't appreciate. You then liken Henderson to him simply because they have the same high energy although nowhere near Kuyt's.
I'm agreeing with most Liverpool fans who believe Henderson has developed into a very good player and I think you'll find many rival fans will agree with that as demonstrated on this thread.
At no point did I use stats although they are certainly a good indicator along with your eyes. Which attributes does Henderson lack exactly? I see him as close to an alrounder as you can get without the scoring ability. Some think that will come, I've never agreed with that. It won't in my opinion. However you don't need to be a goalscorer to be a top midfielder and a vital cog in a system because that's what it's all about being a cog in a system. Teams win trophies not players.
Kuyt was vital to our system under Rafa, the amount of times we turned defence into attack because of his unbelievable energy and ability to get us on the front foot was unbelievable and it's hard to imagine a Liverpool fan couldn't spot that.
A great player for us and I have a great amount of respect for what he gave us. He was still a vital part of the Dutch squad in the last World Cup and there's a reason for that, most could spot that.
There's no high horse here, there's you and your family being poor judges of players and potential which is well known on here and there's others who have a better judgement. They are the ones that agree with the top managers who have managed them, even some who have won the elite trophy in European football.
You're entitled to your opinion, I won't take that away from you but as you can see, I couldn't disagree more.
