Hardly a plastic has I've been going for roughly 20 years and I'm only 25. Hate the plastic tag but a realist.
His tactics in big games have been awful
His transfer policy woeful
He was meant to kick on this season but hasn't.
His number two does nothing and I'm staggered about how viera isn't in his first team staff like United and giggs
Hole thing needs shaking up and it starts with the manager who hasn't been good enough

Although.....it takes them to actually win stuff for that. Two trophyless seasons out of last 3 is denting my campaign somewhat.
