You must wonder what goes on in their excuse for a brain (all players not just Skrtel) when they do things like this.
Ridiculous decision FA are out to get us, conspiracy, Skrtel tried to shake his hand not stamp on his.
The shock was that he denied it
Did he have a leg to stand on with his appeal, apart from de gea.
Do these guys actually think no one sees what they did

Heat of the moment, and being frustrated because we're losing a crucial match so I can sort of see why he did it (I'm not condoning it of course). People lash out in these circumstances.
But he's an experienced player and should know the consequences, was very poor and dangerous.

Ive seen this type of comment on here, ridiculous IMO, completely contradictory.
The reason he appealed was Costa got away with stamping on him in a very similar situation. Yet the FA love Chelsea. don't listen to their fans with their victim mentality.

Yet the media and the FA are after them they cry! Funny how they say that we're never the victim when they have a manager like Mourinho at the helm.
I've never believed there is any real favouritism towards any club from the FA but their lack of consistency is borderline incompentent.
Don't see the difference between Skrtel's and Costa's on Skrtel but hey ho - deservedly banned.
Oh and he's not going in to injure him. He's gone in to hurt him. I've done it loads over my lifetime tbh.

Again ridiculous, Gerrards first tackle in the game, he went in to leave one on mata, but he did it in a way that was fair, getting the ball. Stamping on someone is attempting to injure them.
De Gea play acting, you would of thought he been pole axed the way he behaved, and what about the tackle Jones on Henderson anyway Skirtel should of known better and deserves the ban

I mean to say I know why he did it, he was frustrated. Doesn't mean I agree with it, personally think stamping should get more than a 3 game ban after seeing some of the leg breaks in football (Axel witsels leg breaker springs to mind). Don't see what's contradictory about that

Cry me a river mate. If you think a bruise is an injury fair enough but I'd like to think I'm a touch more manly than that.
