We (Arsenal) are guaranteed to drop points against Chelsea and Utd.
Utd won't beat Chelsea either.
After the Utd vs City game I can see City losing 2nd spot
LIVERPOOL:
Arsenal (A) Draw
Newcastle U (H) Win
Hull (A) Draw
WBA (A) Win
QPR (H) Win
Chelsea (A) Draw
Crystal Palace (H) Win
Stoke (A) Win
+18 points predicted
MAN U:
Villa (H), Win
Man City (H), Draw
Chelsea (A), Draw
Everton (A), Draw
WBA (H), Win
Crystal Palace (A), Win
Arsenal (H), Win
Hull (A), Draw
+16 points predicted
ARSENAL:
Liverpool (H), Draw
Burnley (A), Loss
Chelsea (H), Draw
Hull (A), Draw
Swansea (H), Win
Man U (A), Loss
Sunderland (H), Win
WBA (H), Win
+12 Points predicted
In my opinion we could get a 6 point swing against Arsenal, we could be level on points at end of the season. Too close to call.
If we lose on Saturday it will kill our season. Psychologically and mentally the players will suffer.
If we win then game on and the spirits will be high. Our only tough game after that is Chelsea away.
Utd still have 4 very difficult games. Arsenal have 2.
Saturday is our biggest game of the season in my eyes and It is over £100 a ticket. I live next door to the Emirates but these prices are a joke. Modern football is going to the gutter
Win is imperative for pool
Draw not to be bad for arsenal
I think we'll finish 5th, within touching distance of the top 4 and I'll be content with that having rebuilt the squad over summer.
We do need to sign some proper top quality players, because once Gerrard leaves we haven't a single big name player in the squad. We have some excellent young talent, some decent experience players but no real go-to talent in the squad which we've always had.
Another crucial summer for us.
You have us losing v Burnley and drawing with Hull? Bit of straw clutching?
And you talk about the form of Manchester United... Arsenal are the team top of the form table.
Arsenal appear to be the only side we have a hope of catching.
_________
Only if you are winning at the Emirates. If you draw or lose it will be difficult for you.

Yes but let's not forget until recently that was Liverpool so past form means very little.
I think we will miss out on top four. The Man U game was vital, we blew it.

But same could be applied to United, who face three traditionally tough ties for them in a row after Saturday.
we'll miss out in my opinion.
The United result was a disaster.
the objective in all matches is to win but it was vital that we did not lose that match. We did - and I think its a tall order to get top 4 now.
If you had offered me 5th place back in November I would of bitten your hand of for it Suarez style.
I think we have a formation that works and our new players have all adapted now to our style of play. If we can add some fire power up front I think we could have a much better season next season.
I looked at our top scorers this year -
Gerrard - 6 Goals
Sterling - 6 Goals
Last season Sturridge and Suarez had both scored over 20 goals each by this stage of the season. Goals win games and that is one of the reason we had a poor start to the season. Everyone blamed our defence. Our defence was hopeless last season but we attacked teams and they sat back. This season we sat back even though we can't defend .
Arsenal away is a must win for us to have any hope.
Arsenal will come third, even if we so,show win on Saturday.
Uniteds fixture list looks more promising but they are winning the tough games so it's going to be very hard, looking at their fixture list you can earmark possible dropped points at chelsea, City, everton, arsenal and possibly Palace, you'd expect them to win the rest easily. Even if they drop points in all those games we will probably have to win all our games bar away at Chelsea/Arsenal.
The United game really looks to have killed us unfortunately.
I wouldn't place too much on what games you think are winnable or not at this stage, you can't pick and choose where you'll pick maximum points up, a couple of weeks ago all the experts were predicting United would only pick a single point from the 2 games with Spurs/liverpool, who turns up on the day will take the points.
I have no idea what will happen really. Win on Saturday and I actually think that we will make it by the skin of our teeth but I'm not particularly hopeful of that result.
Tbh won the FA cup and I won't care where we come in the league. Even that will be very tough though.
Keeping this group of players together this summer will be more important for us than getting CL football again I feel.

Exactly.
No one believed that we could win at the Ethiad to start with. Football is not predictable. It depends on what players you have available that day and if they are on form.
Why do people think Everton is a hard game? They have been bordering on the relegation places for most of the year, and Goodison is hardly a fortress right now. I'd say Palace is a harder game.
We've played 6 games against the teams above us and picked up 4 points. That to me shows that we are just not good enough for the top 4. I don't think we have any real chance

Football not working like this mate.
I do quite like Palace, great atmosphere there.
The United result at Anfield has caused some undue panick and some people are failing to see the bigger picture. Only way liverpool can come above arsenal is to win on Saturday. A draw as indicated by the OP is useless to liverpool.
Araenal won't collect 1 point from games at hull and burnley. We hardly draw games. In fact our lady draw was at Anfield last year. We will win one of them, guaranteed.
United will lose at least one game against City, Everton, Chelsea & Arsenal.
No matter how good you are, you can't get a lot of points from the top teams.
Liverpool prior to their loss on Sunday had beat Spurs, Saints and City on the bounce. But the run had to end.
I suspect chelsea will lose to one of Arsenal, Liverpool or United. They won't draw all 3 games as most people have it.

Atmosphere does not win you football games. Palace will dominate the game and create bucket load of chances but still lose.
Among the top teams Everton have only lost to chelsea at home this season and that was when they were really bad. Last season it was to City only while beating every other top team that came to Goodison.
If you think Selhurst is a bigger fortress than Goodison then you are a deluded schmućk.
Try keeping our Lukaku, Miralles and Barkley for 90 minutes. I actually think you will lose that game.
Palace will dominate the game against United? What the hell are you smoking? Everton have been completely pants all year, so has Barkley and so has Lukaku. Do you think throwing in some footballer names who were good last season will make me change my opinion?
United do tend to have a rough time at Goodison, or maybe I'm thinking of City.
