Just back in the car from the Stadium, one word to describe what we saw.

On a positive note, we are now only 2 goals behind our total for last season when were top scorers ...

... still only 4th best this season and 10 behind Bournemouth though.

Just back from praying at the pub garden.

In my journey of self discovery, enlightenment and where did I leave my kids-ness, I came to the following conclusion Ince and Christie don't work well together. Do people have any stats on how many clean sheets we've kept with those two in the lineup.

Russell and Christie or Ince and Shotton at RB with Albert left CB assuming Whitbread is out for another decade.

What think ye?

Also, should we accept we can't defend and focus on upping our attacking game.

I for 1 don't want McClaren to leave. He's the best manager we've had for years. I personally at the moment think we can get a better manager. do we want NLN back? I don't thats for sure. When was the last time we had a manger linked with a move away? possibly Cox? I'd rather draw 4-4 than 0-0

I want him to stay, the good outweighs the bad, but I do think his approach is too attack minded. Great when it goes well. The defence needs so much attention. They either can't or won't do what they're supposed to. If the former, coach until they get it right, and if they still can't, get rid. If the latter, get rid. It is absolute basic stuff that has cost us promotion through the autos. I would shudder to see this defence against Man Utd or Arsenal

Best coach, deffo question marks from this season but agree with Griff would take him over any other in the league apart from Freedman.

We're still not good enough to go up though unless there is some kinda transformation in the next few games.

Still the secksiest team in the league though.
