But my god, our back 5, have cost us automatic promotion. And, they will cost us in the play offs. It's as simple as that. They arnt good enough. That's the bottom line.

Granty, your gonna escape my wrath, JUST. Your a lucky boy. But the rest, in my opinion should not line up for us next season, even in the championship. We need a new back 4.

I'd break the bank to sign Wisdom. People say 'he's too good for the championship' and 'he only wants to play in the prem'. I think he'd sign for us. He knows how good a club we are, and how good we can be. They're all his mates, he was part of what we achieved last season. IF not, Lowton from Villa. Go get em Steve.

Hector, CB at reading. Looks pure quality. 6ft whatever, ball at his feet, very good in the air. Quick. Read the game really well. Go get him Steve.

Liam Moore, Leicester. Can't get into there side this season, strangely for me. England u21 international, plays regularly for them. Was a key man in fester getting promoted. Solid, quick, again good with his head and feet. Go get him Steve.

Fozzy, may well escape. Up until last few weeks, I thought he'd had a solid season. If not, I like the look of that bidwell at brentford. Impressed me a lot when he played us last week. And pretty much every game I've seen of him. Gets forward, good left foot and very solid defensively. Also, there manager is off, so he'd jump at the chance of joining us. Even with a new manager mind, Derby or brentford? No brainer.

That back four, along with Ince signing for us will get us automatic next season. And another quality striker to push Martin, maybe bent? But I doubt he'll stay with us at this level, think he'll go back to Villa under sherwood if they stay up.
