And in fact it is arguably even more important in the US, that said criminals face charges & trials. They're huge fans of their constitution (as much as a lot of it is outdated) but it is stated in their that ALL Americans have a right to fair trial by jury.
No one expects police vigilantism, nor to be killed despite being a criminal.
Doesn't mean they don't have the right to a fair trial and deserve to die.
Are you saying all the protesters and rioters are dealers and gang members?

Cant all support drug dealers and gang bangers and have excuses for them every day Admin ..
Hopefully your kids never get to met his sort
----------------------------------------------------------------------
You know there are kids in UK high rises living with single mothers who get forced due to their age (under 10) to run drugs for the local gangs, as they are below the age of criminal responsibility. What do you think happens to those kids as they grow. Are you saying that in that circumstance it wouldn't happen to you, that you are somehow specially immune?

WeAreTHFC – Are you still denying you’re the previous WeAreTHFC on JA who got banned for inappropriate race related comments who in turn denied he was the WeAreTHFC on youtube racially abusing a dead black Arsenal fan?

he was not mistakenly arrested was hecarrying a knife and selling drugs and a week after surgery to his back so not killed at all was he
----------------------------------------------------------------------
That isn't what I said. I was making the connection between arrest and death, and stating that if your view is indeed that because he was arrested that justifies his death, that if you were ever mistakenly arrest & ended up dead or seriously injured you could have no complaints.
After all, the police obviously didn't do anything wrong.
Tam, I see what you mean. It is possible that there was absolutely no wrong doing on the side of the police, but I struggle to see how spinal surgery accounts for the other injuries? If the only injury was a broken back, I think it'd be more of a valid point.

That's the trouble with the world today
people riot attack the police burn shops and cars and do gooders find excuses for them
Life was much harder for people of previous generations and there's better ways of dealing with things than acting like Neanderthal man
Some old lady gets robbed and beaten and no one gives a fk , some gang banger dies and its all bleeding heart stories
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Can you please find me one post where I have excused it. I have said exactly the opposite of that on multiple threads. The riots achieve nothing and are downright disgusting and disrespectful.
The family & friends wanted absolutely nothing to do with it and I personally believe the killing is just an excuse being used by people to riot, nothing like a just cause.
Please don't try to tar everyone with the same brush.

Tamwolf, and you're talking like there hasn't been countless other dodgy deaths caused by police brutality and shoot first, ask questions later policing.
The black population of the US have every right to be terrified of what to come next, especially when they see these policemen getting away with it.
If you were a black man in the US i'm sure you might have a different view on all of this.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I don't live there so I don't claim to know like you do. For all I know they could be right or it could just be a victim mentality.
Do people actually have any statistics on police brutality figures or killings based on race for the US? Does this also include weighting factors for the number of crimes committed by each racial group (I'm not just talking black)?
People naturally listen to the group that make the most noise. In this case it is those rioting.

As I’ve said many times on this thread already it seems nature for people to polarise perspective and as such you’re denying the complexity of a problem. No one is excusing criminal behaviour but you’ve also go to look at the root causes, that isn’t the same as excusing them. Yes if some gang member tried to rob me and I had a weapon to had I’d use it on them to protect myself and if I was being honest they’d be a degree of instant retribution. That doesn’t mean you cannot look at a social problem with more perspective and compassion and the way people tar who sections of society with the same brush is ridiculous. Problem with people like WeAre is he sees a young black kid listening to rap and wearing a cap and he’s already labelled him.

There has been no official autopsy report. The injury claims all come from Grey family's lawyer.

The answer to your question is ^^
As much as people are saying look to the root cause of why these criminals act like they do and try to understand and help them can we extend the same courtesy to Weare and his, at times racist views.
I'm glad I wasn't old enough to fully understand things like Alf Garnett on TV, when it was aired every week. Also Blazing Saddles, Only Fools and Horses and many others all contained racist slurs but luckily these shows were condemned by the time I realised computers and football weren't the only good things in life.
It's how he was brought up
Ohhhh Admin, I'm not arguing just angry and racist to the core, please don't ban me again for my washing elephants songs.
