I would keep him, he is still only just 23 years old and is slowly improving, I can remember cries for Bale and Kane to be sold because they were not performing, and look what has happened with those two.

Billy I agree, I was in the minority who said Kane looked like he could be a player when he first started appearing in the Europa, we need to give Lamela another season. Must admit Lennons form at Everton is pretty good, he has played more centrally but there's not a huge difference in their formation and ours.

Thing is he can beat a man, he's taken on and beat more men than any other spurs player.

Sell Lamela cos he's wànk.

Loses the ball constantly, commits stupid fouls, can't beat a man, his shooting is poor, passing is poor. I can remember ONE good game and that was the win against QPR at home.

Agree with Chicken on this whole subject

Maybe not regarding his comments on Townsend. Would rather play with 10 men than be forced to play either Lamela or Townsend

Can't wait for this mass fire sale of shìt from our team. Here's hoping for a busy busy summer

He was good against Burnley at home.

Despite having a poor season he'd chipped in with a few assists and goals this year.

Certainly has more end product than Townsend and Lennon. Hopefully this year has helped him adapt and he'll produce more regularly next year.

If anyone's willing to stump up 15-20 million for him then I'd sell him. Problem is that bar Juventus, these Italian teams haven't got a pot to piśš in unless they sell a big name and will try the 'loan with a view to buy' crap.

Billy,

I can remember cries for Bale and Kane to be sold because they were not performing, and look what has happened with those two.

With respect, this would suggest we should never consider selling anybody or allowing any players to move on? Just because 2 players didn’t appear to be living up to their expectations, and then turned it around and proved people wrong, does not mean that every signing or youth team player is going to become the world’s most expensive signing or score 30 goals in a season, respectively. Sometimes we just have to accept they are not good enough and stop using a couple of examples that are quite simply a throw in the ocean compared to the majority of cases.

Just the same as because Bostock turned out to be a disaster doesn’t mean we should not ever sign any upcoming youngsters in the future. The Bale / Kane scenarios are minority cases – not a blueprint for all.
