I think the defence have let him down and our lack of flair players. We're a steady team this season, nothing special but not awful.
A Solid 7 I think is fair for him. I thought that by being a defender himself he'd have sorted the defence and also thought that our formation would see more attractive football. Onwards and upwards
Pros:
Kane. As per my article a few weeks ago, I did not see that coming.
Fitness. Allows us to kick on late in games whilst other teams are flagging.
Cons:
Defence. Conceded the same amount as relegation-threatened Sunderland - a team that have shipped an 8 and a couple of 4's this season. Appalling.
Overall rating = 6
The players that have pushed on are actually Sherwoods players who he bought in through the youths.
Poch has actually not done a very good job for you guys imo. Normally you guys would be pushing for Top4 but this season its like there was no genuine threat from your guys.
Without Kane your season would have been very embarrasing.
Forgot to add that he seems to have cured your injury crisis that you guys normall get.
As an Arsenal fan i would give him 5.5/6

not really.
rose was an academy product of leeds.
mason was shipped out on loan every year Sherwood was there, and so was kane really (apart from last year when Sherwood have him about 6 games at the back end)
Sherwood can take the credit for bringing bentaleb to light, but kane made his first spurs appearance years ago

good point. we do look a far fitter outfit these days.

Wasn't concerned about where we finished this season, but more about developing a style of play. The way he's developed the young players has been very impressive.
Reckon we're very well set long-term.
I mostly like what he's done, but he had baffled me a few times, particularly with subs.
Given the players, I think he's done about as I'd expect, so a 7.
One thing that is a little worrying is that I thought we would be better in the big games / against the bigger clubs. But other than the Chelsea game and Arsenal, we've rolled over to liverpool, city and utd, and we've bottled it against the smaller ones when the pressure has been on and we had to get the points. So the mentality needs to be improved.

man u away was the most disappointing performance/result of the season for me.
Season isn't finished yet. If we fold and lose all 3 games i would score him no higher than 6
If we win all three i'd happily give him 7.5
As it is i'd also probably give him a par for the course rating: 7
The real time to judge will be next season when he has had a chance to bring in the players he wants (assuming Levy complies)
4 for me. We have done the bare minimum requirement this season we should not finish no lower than 7th and the cup runs were rubbish apart from the capital one run which was let's face it an absolute given.
Positives: no injury problems,much better fitness in games and dealt very well with a smaller squad due to the likes of ade and Kaboul being cast aside.
Negatives: very rigid (although for the first time we tried something different against City which I was impressed by) some of the most uninspiring games I have ever seen Spurs play. Leicester in the cup,villa,burnley,besiktas. Stumbling upon the youth Kane played well but was getting dropped and mason played so well he had to be included in the team. Poch nearly dropped the ball with these two ironically his job has probably being saved by Kane's exploits.
Next season no excuse he will have the players for his system and we shall see what happens.

We've put in some really good performances and has been stated we've won lots of games late on.
We've also lost games we shouldn't have but that's spurs for you.
Hope he gets to bring in some of his own signings and kick on next season

I guess what i am saying is that the first season in charge has gone as expected - transition, largely underwhelming, but done enough to justify being given more time etc

Haha legit mate it would be a five but the matches I mentioned were awful. We are no better than last season sadly but there is room for optimism too especially with the impending transfers

Massive Poch fan and I'd give him a 6.
Lets just remember ( and hope ) this is the very beginning of his Spurs career and he's just been clearing the site and starting building the foundations.
Next season is where we need to see a marked more consistent improvement in the team and for him to start fully implementing his ideas.
I'd give him around 6.5. He's helped improve the mentality against better sides with a few good performances and results against the top 4. A good cup run. Achieved about what's expected from this team in terms of league points accumulation.
Downside is the defence, and some of his tactical changes.
