Gladiator 2 tonight

Expect it'll be the same movie but not quite as good but still serviceable enough for a cinema trip.

Was just watching a bit of something on the IMDB website about it

I'm sure it'll be excellent...love the Connie Neilsen is still in it plus Densel obvs is a bonus

Not mad for the film title...bit of a cop out they should have done like a Top Gun Maverick name

I'd give it 6.5/10, nowhere near the original but enjoyable enough. The best 'unnecessary' sequel is still Top Gun Maverick by a distance.

Probably going to give Gladiator 2 a miss until it’s streaming free somewhere. Looks like a green screen fest.

Pretty much both of these.

I heard some good initial reports, but people I trust have basically said it's not amazing.......but they were entertained.

So yeh I will also be waiting for streaming

The people I went with said they liked it more than the original. Which is heresy. It's nowhere near.

I think the cast was good. I have some big issues with the editing and other stuff, it's nowhere near the iconicness of the original but entertaining enough.

Don't think it demands a cinema trip either.
