Was a good opening ep 4zA

Finally finished the second season of Narcos last night, well done show that. Not Sopranos or the Wire good but still very entertaining and engrossing. Be interested to see if they can keep up the standards for next series

Started Daredevil season 2 too, I'd actually argue that for me though Daredevil is actually the weakest of Netflix' Marvel shows. Really looking forward to Ironfist

That new film Silence any good btw? Thinking of seeing it this weekend

watched a film called Truth earlier...(Kate Blanchett Robert Redford) about GW Bush & his vietnam war record, - journo thing

Reminded me a little of Good night & Good Luck (George Clooney David Strathairn) also a journo thing about the Senator McCarthy communist trials

Both worth a watch - the latter is filmed in Black & white which works well

Saw a modern western last night, Valley of Violence or something like that, Ethan Hawke and John Travolta. Thought Hawke was poorly cast, seemed a bit odd trying to do his best Clint Eastwood impression but Travolta was well cast. Not spectacular but good fun.

Anyone watched any of The Last Kingdom? Very good show for all the Vikings fans out there. Not sure if it's more historically accurate than Vikings though.

Rewatching the second True Detective season and it is quite better on the second watch than it was on the first

Apparently that's a good one to watch if you're pining for Game of Thrones. It's on my to watch list, but then there's an awful lot on there. Currently juggling Daredevil season 2 and a Series of Unfortunate Events

I'd say it's much closer to Vikings, especially as the main character is a Viking (sort of) and the Vikings feature prominently in the show.
