So anyway, here's my memories of The Knittin', The miners museum great visit. Then there's this big horseshoe pub which is not quite a club, but is run for the benefit of the locality? A Fife thing or East of Scotland? But very Socialist Then that park across the road from the pub. Used to host a good Brass Band Festival.

Elite, Hillbilly bear will know what I'm talking about. I remember something about him leaving this forum which made me feel sad. So encourage him back.

I got a fair slice of abuse too but just tended to ignore it.

I liked stevie always quite sensible and he was and still is right about king in my opinion. I dont even bother repeating my thoughts on King as its not worth the hassle. He is here and in charge but with others watching over him so its a better way forward.

Where stevie was wrong was in believing Ashley was in anyway a viable way forward but i honestly believe he got so backed into a corner there was no way anyone would let him change his opinion and save any face.

SPR, He seemed to be in a minority of one. A pure Ger to the bone I would imagine, but would have been happier on RSL who are like minded. Wish he would come back and fight his corner, but lighten up a wee bit.

SPR, why don't you on behalf of your fellow bears reach out the hand of friendship to Stevie? It's only an internet forum. Go on. I know I would, and I'm a tim!

Stevie has boz.

Some nights he was outnumbered 4/5-1.

Didn't put him off from posting.

Don't think we need worry about him.

First footie forum I was on a well liked by all sides Tim went quiet.

He was fair minded and informed.

This was before secure log ins and passwords etc.

After a few weeks his wife came on to say he had passed away.

This is not - repeat NOT a Jinky story.

I was a newcomer to the forum and had been too scared to post much.

Some more established members then met with his family.

His bereaved wife said how much he had valued the community.

The site was AOL Scottish Football forum in case anyone else was on it.

Nah Jimbo wish it was.

All you needed to post in those days was to be online.

His wife had been clearing things up and came across The AOL account

Stevie is OK and maybe reading this thread.
