All the Gooons said Costa would flop at Chelsea yet somehow they all agree Bennyzema will flourish at Arsenal

I don't have city challenging for the title at all. Think their mf is weak and if aguero is out who replaces him? Nasri and yaya seem to be on the wane and sterling while a very good player is inconsistent, hevhe wohe won't be the difference for you.

I actually have us above city.....unless you lot spnk another 100M b4 window closes.

"No
Far too inflexible and not
proactive tactically at the top level"

And yet, you think you stand a chance of winning the title. While saying Arsenal have no chance with Wenger irrespective of who we bring in. How do you reconcile the contradiction?

Our manager is a good one. You mentioned nothing about our team at all. How 2nd half of the season we were on form and if we didn't have an injury crisis last season we could have been a little closer to the title. We've won the FA cup 2 seasons in a row. What have United achieved? They had no Champions League distraction last season therefore refreshed in league games. They will not be a bigger threat then us despite the fact they've signed a few players. We still have a better squad and will bring in a few more players anyway.
Explain to me why you mentioned United for more then a paragraph bumming them yet couldn't at least write a paragraph on Arsenal for? Considering we finished above them last season and won the FA Cup. This is why you're a rag sycophant. It's not the first time you've done it either. You're blatantly a close United fan!

What part of I don't rate your manager do you not comprehend? It's a mindset
All we see is excuses, not winners
Well done 2 FA cup wins, but it's not the PL is it where it really matters.

Closet Utd fan yeah you've got me sussed
Having shared a city with the most successful English club of a generation and had our noses rubbed in it,it's normal to be wary of the threat they pose wouldn't you agree? Or is that classed in your mind as bumming?

The weird thing is I look at City's squad and at best, Aguero gives them an extra miniscule advantage over Arsenal. If Arsenal swapped Aguero with Giroud, I'd have Arsenal's squad over City's every day of the week.

Top level meaning champions league in particular
Not a tournament Wenger will ever win either

Well Paul you're a complete tool. I think everyone knows that. City went many many years without winning a league title before your purchased it.

Well I've never seen you mention a bad word against Man U whereas at least other City fans on this board do that etc which is why I suspect you could be a closet United fan! United will not be a threat!

Arsenal and Liverpool fans have always been the most deluded, and we can see it once again on this thread.

Man U fans have always been glory hunters and we have seen that once again on this thread. If Man U fail to win anything for another few season half of there fans will jump ship

I actually think Arsenal could put a serious challenge in, this season. Cech will win them another 6-9 points and they look like they are about to blow a big sum on a striker. Don't underestimate them.

Agree with this

Calling Paul a closet United fan is probably the daftest comment ever posted on this site it really is.

Liverpool have a tough run of away games early and it's going to be make or brake for Rodgers before the season is half way through.

Arsenal just dont have the consistency in the past seasons and unless wenger changes his stance on paying for the top class players I see this season beingn a carbon copy of the last few seasons.

Close but no cigar in terms of the prem.

Peligrini won't adapt his method of pressing higher up the pitch and teams have figured out how to play against it.

Sterling will bring pace and directness but unless when dzeko and Jovetic leave we bolster the front line we will be too reliant on aguero who has his spells on the treatment table.

The left back position is also a real worry for us.

We'll win the title this season by quite a big margin. I cannot wait to come back on this thread and laugh at all of the deluded cretins who think Arsenal won't challenge.

Winners win and losers make excuses. We are winners. Now deal with it.

_______

That's true....that hinder us to challenge. This time only our injury list can prevent us from real challenge. If we stay injury free we have a good chance to challenge without new recruitments allthough I would prefer to buy a new DM and maybe a nother forward.

Arsenal have a great shot at the title, can they beat cfc at the emirates though? I think maybe, just maybe they will fall short, a very goog side but I still think that "steel" is missing.

Utd nowhere near.

What are your thoughts on Liverpool's chances for the title? Has the sleeping giant awoken yet or is he having lie in?
