Probably good to loan Chiriches, he could be a beast in Italy and increase his value

Negligence of the highest order. Had I known enough about the type of football AVB wanted to play, I'd have known that Soldado was ill-suited to such tactics. Yet between Baldini and AVB they couldn't work that out?

What AVB did with Soldado is all in the past now. He's had sufficient time to build his confidence back since and score freely, and he's kept messing up good chances to do so. Let's face it, he's been Torres'ed!

The rot started to set in with AVB, then Shïtwood went with The Mercenary. Was hoping that Poch would resurrect him but it wasn't to be.

I never want to see that caaant Chiriches in a Spurs top again

posted on 26/7/15

I wouldn't call him a caaant. Just Adebayor.

I'm not an Ade fan by any means but at least out of the two Ade has shown some sustained good form in places. Soldado may yet too but it isn't looking very likely. The only time he's shown he can tear it up in a game since we got him was when he scored that hattrick in the Europa, against whichever minnows they were. Maybe that suggests that he simply wasn't ever good enough for us and the PL. Who knows.

I want them both gone. I didn't even want Adebayor in the first place.

Soldado has to be worst forward player I have ever seen for us and should have been sold after the first season.

behave yourself. you must have been supporting spurs for about five minutes to come out with tripe like that

Booth, Rasiak, Postiga and Zamora are comfortably worse than Soldado.

posted on 26/7/15

Depends

Booth was a loan

Raszsik never really given a shot

Postiga hardly played

Zamora was a kid who cost peanuts.

Soldado has had 2yrs under three coaches and looked shít under every one

Doesn't matter on your reasons, they were still comfortably worse to see as a forward in a Spurs shirt which is what you said.

Add in Rebrov, Fenn and Allen and all worse forwards that Soldado in a Spurs shirt.

Fenn and Allen

It can be argued that Soldado was worse in 'pound-for-pound' terms, but that's not what the original comment said. Ability-wise he's far from the worst.

Wasn't my comment to begin with.

If Soldado was Bob Soldier and had been signed from Walsall, he'd still be classed as shíte, like the others.

3 open play goals from 53 games is up there with the worst for a supposed out and out goalscorer.

Awful

Allen scored 2 in 20

Maybe we didn't play to his strengths
