They were all bought superb. Building a team means developing unknown players as well and integrating them into the team.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Not necessarily. Why do they have to be unknowns ??
He's good at getting the best out of players in their prime, not developing talent.
Well the Chelsea board is currently infested with wums
.................
Your board does have some of the worst posters on this site, no doubt about that. Maybe you should all stop bum licking each other.
Most players are unknowns to the masses until a 'big' club highlights them.
He is the best manager in the world, and it's only the anti-Chelsea media and government that brainwash people to think otherwise.
Make sure to keep your tin-foil hats on

Not sure about that. Hazard has only improved under José and Hazard himself credits José for much of that improvement and development as a player.
Younger players like Zouma are coming along nicely under José as well.
At Chelsea and Man City, yes. Spurs have Kane and Mason, Arsenal have Wilshere, Everton have Barkley as examples of players not bought.
Mourinho blooded Eto'o, Sneijder and Mililto at Inter and won the treble. A fact that is convienently overlooked when the wums try and discredit Mourinho.

Doesn't happen too often though does it. I certainly don't see teams being built with such players.

don't think anyone here is trying to discredit Mourinho.
Mr C
Eto was nearly 60 and Sneijder 55. Blooded is not quite the right phrase.
Hazard was always going to improve, the same as Ronaldo would have, because he worked so hard.
Why is this crap on our board?

So Fergie takes no credit for Ronaldo's development ?
As a coach Jose is surely no where near the best.
Motivator and agent provocateur...yes he is probably the best.

Seems that Superb has his nose out of joint because Chelsea got beat and people are questioning Mourinho.
Of course Jose is a very good manager. But he has faults as all managers do. The very best managers seem to think it is weak to admit that they have made mistakes - if SAF lost a game to Liverpool he would never give them credit, and I think Jose is the same with the likes of City and Arsenal.
More often than not top managers make the right decisions, but more often than not when things don't go their way, they come out with some questionable statements, rather than admit they have made errors.
People say you should learn from your mistakes, but managers at the top end of the game seem loathe to admit to them.
