Can't blame Freedman, he put out the right team, Burnley didn't really cause much trouble until the sending off and would most likely have been 3 points but for Lansbury.
Freedman says Trotter not coming now, and being arsey about it in the interview. Seems like he's annoyed with someone above him.
I had hoped that when Lansbury was given the captaincy, he would raise his game. TO be fair, on the whole he has done, but his action today probably resulted in us losing 2 points. It makes you realise how much Cohen brought to the team when he was playing
That would be the logical move Rev, playing Williams from the start in Lansbury's place. Ironic that Henri cost us points about Burnley, of all teams...
Transfer targets 'blocked' at a late stage from a higher level.
Why did Freedman mention John McGovern in his interview? His he suggesting that he vetoed the move?
Is that sounding particularly good for DF... ?
Oh dear. Its all just a case of history repeating...
The wheels are in motion.....
If games were 85 minutes long we'd have 19 points now. Oh well, on to the next game...
I think that's what Rev is getting at.
Do we really need another central midfielder anyway? And if so, why not go for Gardener again from Villa?
I am sure this wine is corked. Totally ruined my evening!!
Probably wages, I doubt we could afford him at the moment.

Not sure why DF isn't going for Williams. Him and Vaughan did good for Wales, by all accounts. What the hell is the matter with Osborn, anyway?

Wasn't it meant to be an ambassadorial role, in which case, he is the public face of Forest at high-key events? What about the chap that was Director of Football at Stevenage - is he still with us and what is his role?

In honesty, tonight was better than I expected, we weren't really in trouble despite Burnley's obvious advantages, that is up until Lansbury saw red again. Even after we scored there was no threat from them.
Anyway, it's been lovely. No 1,000 + thread for me tonight, after the futility of the last effort. Nighty night xx
Attendance: 17,721. Seriously, have you started boycotting already?!
... Good result for us, thanks. You're down to 15th, we can go 3rd tomorrow
