Off course, I am aware of Kone's contribution. But, I don't think he is anywhere as good as the other strikers or forwards in the top half of that table. Not sure why you're so miffed about this list either.

But you claim you based the list off of contributions (ie assists and goals) - and Kone has contributed more than many in the list rated the same or better than him.
Either it is based on the contributions this season or it is based on your personal opinion - yet this seems a mish mash without any consistent criteria followed.

Not sure how you can have players like : Wijnaldum, Willian, Mane and not players like Ozil, Eriksen, Lamela etc

Wijnaldum Is an attacking midfielder same as Ozil & Eriksen. Mane is a wide forward same as Lamela.

He spends most of the time in his own half defending. That's not a forward. Got good at free kicks, though. Brazilian fullbacks seen to be good at them.

Some of those I don't agree with. Think your top 5 is pretty accurate, but I'd add De Bruyne and give him a 9 as well.

I've not seem that much of Kone this season but from what I have it's way off having him level with Depay.
Not only are the stats not in his favour, Depay's performances have been shocking.
Kone should be higher.

He has scored 5 so far this season, and 3 of his goals were scored whilst thrashing a poor Sunderland side. Which is an indication that he is not an inconsistent striker
Harry Kane scored a hattrick in a thrashing of a poor Bournemouth side.
