I don't think Luke saw what he saw. He probably just used the force to open certain parts of his memory.

Currently watching Ep 11, with a really cool chase in Coruscant.

So… these characters you mention, Krayt and Vong, when do they appear? And were they cannon?

They are legends. (I.e. old canon)

Krayt eventually destroys the Galactic empire and starts a new sith rule.. largely centred around Korriban, his defeat actually ended the sith forever.

After a long period of peace the Yuzhong Vong (who are a race) appear and start attacking the empire, superior technology, and immune to the force.

Krayts story would mesh very nicely with an old Republic storyline to be honest, Korriban is very prevelant in both storylines, it was the birthplace of the sith and where they were finally destroyed for all time.

I haven't watched the clone wars show.. I just can't get in to it.. it deserves a third attempt I guess.

I have to admit, having seen season 1 and a bit of 2, and then seeing Cad Bane in Book of Boba was very cool.
I always thought he was human%, nobody ever described to me what he looked like and I never bothered to check.

Same, and it was in my face every day for years. I could’ve watched it at anytime. Just didn’t connect, or had the wrong impression of it. Even Disney themselves didn’t care for it, but something changed.
I think, it’s required viewing now.

You have to look beyond the early animation flaws and cheesy dialogue. It's worth it.

Yep exactly. You have to overlook the kiddie elements and focus on the star wars world building.

One of the best parts of clone wars is the excellent introduction to each episode filling in what is going down

Interesting… I wonder what it was gonna be like.
Cos one of things that rubs me the wrong way about the film, are the reshoots, where, the bad guy is in the same place the entire time. You can tell they shot all his sequences in a day or two.

For me it’s prob the best of Star Wars

Great episode and you can tell it was a Dave Filoni episode with all the clone wars call backs.

Just heard that episode 3 of Obi Wan follows Mando doing his weekly shop and filing his taxes.
