Another possibility is cameos through flashbacks. We know Grogu will start remembering more of his past and within those scenes, we could see other Jedi or Sith.

I really don't think we'll see Thrawn in Mando. He's a big character and his story is linked more to Ashoka, so to have him debut on Mando is taking away from that shows intrigue.

She would be an unbelievable addition but that would deserve her own series really, or at least to be heavily involved in any Thrawn series.

Would be a (wet) dream come true though.

Watched episode 1 tonight. A lot to like with (for me) two real eye-roll ah-come-on moments.

Others have said 7/10 and that feels about right to me.

I'll try and catch Mando tomorrow afternoon but enjoy the spoiler talk boys.

Ok, that opening.. why? Why make them all useless.
Didn’t Mando and Cobb Vanth destroy a monster by themselves?
What was the plan? I mean they must know what creatures inhabit their planet. And they couldn’t deal with it? Just thought it was so out of character for a Mandalorian. And there was how many?

Ha.. they could’ve all just flown outta there, and everything would’ve been alright.
And hands up… who thought it was a flashback✋

I liked the episode - however just found it a waste. In the old 24 episode ~45mins seasons not a problem, in less than 10 episodes and anywhere from around 28 mins to sometimes 50ish it didn't really do anything other than move the story on for maybe 2mins. Again it was cool.....but super limited time. And yes they seemed useless and rather stupid. Find a safe pool somewhere FFS Not a river that contains armoured 120ft crocs.......

Tbh there wasn’t much else that jarred me… well apart from letting the Pirate go.. ‘He will go away and tell the others, Navaro is a place that cannot be messed with..’

Er no, the guy came straight back with more people to kill Mando.

I’m wondering about the state of Special effects at the moment. Mandalorian looked stunning. Everything was on point. And yet a tent pole movie like Ant-Man and Thor looked so bad in comparison.
Hearing stories of last minute changes and Disney low balling fx houses, and pushing them to the limit and little moneŷ.. it really is bad,
