'Possibility of a struggle to get any midfield ball,go long against their defence'
A tactic Klopp himself used very effectively against Bayern. You know you can't compete there so bypass it with the long ball. Could work if we use Fellaini further forward.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
They've lumped it forward almost every time I've seen them under Klopp. They finished with Steven Caulker up front on Wednesday. A few games ago it was Skrtel. They scored with a hoof into the box and a knockdown against WBA. Its not hoofball though. Only LVG plays hoofball.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Haha I see the media criticising United when we put Smalling up front in the last few mins, yet when Caulker was placed there by Klopp not a peep was heard.
We bemoaned the lack of energy last season to be fair and played really well at Anfield.
Fellaini, for all his critics, has a key role today. I would play him quite a way forward today with Rooney a bit deeper.
Just to mix it up a bit I'd play Lingard and Martial right up top with Fellaini slightly behind them. Lingard and Martial to peel off to the wings when we don't have the ball to try and counter the threat of the LIverpool full backs. Rooney joining from deep could latch onto things.

In other news, Falcao ruled out until March. This guy needs to call it a day.
Lingard and Martial can also put in a lot of running to pressure the LIverpool defence which is prone to giving the ball away at times.

Why would he do that, he doesn't need to train and people are still prepared to pay him £100,000s a week!
----------------------------------------------------------------------
That's true, he's living off his reputation but other clubs must know he's a crock now. Still has another year to go on his Monaco contract too.
Fellaini was awful last season at anfield

Fergie for bringing in DDG
Schmiecs holding his own against dumb and dumber.
Juan Mata hasn't recorded a single assist in his last 14 Premier League games. Benched today.
That Mata save was such a huge turning point for Dave
This De Gea interview doesn't sound like he's going anywhere soon
I think Courtois is a fair way behind DDG to be honest, so many times he makes saves no other keeper would.

He speaks sense in regards to the clubs values. Stick by them, don't sack managers and keep the general principles under Sir Alex, eventually the right man will come in and be a success.
De Gea blaming the strikers

so you advocate sacking then?
DDG is better then all these pundits, he must see most of the game the strikers missing chances. I reckon DDG must have easy training sessions against our strikers.
