For the last 50 years despite mismanagement we are still in and around the top flight. We have had quite a few years at the top of the premier league/first division in that period. We are a famous and recognisable club. The media are always interested in us because we are a big club. We aren't a cup side hence why we havent won many trophies. We got screwed in the 90s due to the european ban to not get in europe. We were the top london club in 1995 (?) I think. Even at a massive low point currently we are still mid table in the second tier. Which isnt terrible.
I am not saying we are a HUGE club. How hard is that to grasp. I am saying we are a fairly big club though, and I stand by that

There's no criteria in which QPR qualify as a big club. They aren't even medium size.
Not meaning to pick on QPR but it's the reality.
If we were managed correctly over the last 20 years we would probably be a top 10 club in england. One of the big boys. We had it all there and we blew it. We are a big club. Remember we were a late up and comer. It wasnt till the 60s that we really starting making an impact. If you look at our record over the last 60 years there is no doubt we are in the top 20 teams in the country in terms of average league position

you are big compared to barnet, yes.
but you are not big compared to any club in the premier league currently, apart from maybe bournemouth.
if qpr were in the prem rather than the lower leagues as things stand, then you and bournemouth would be the smallest clubs by a mile.

Lets look at the premier league. We are either the same size or bigger than Watford, Southampton, Stoke, Palace, West Brom, Swansea, Norwich and Sunderland. That is just the way it is. To suggest otherwise is ridiculous mate, and you have no basis for that at all

they are an established premier league side and won a trophy about 40 years more recently than you have

Rubbish mate. Lets even compare league positions in the last 50 years. I would guess we are on average much higher than them. Doubt its even close mate. And southampton? Only an established top flight team very recently. And doubt that will last forever. So I am not having that either sorry mate

i am still waiting for any evidence whatsoever that you are a big club…. please lay out your argument.

For the last 50 years despite mismanagement we are still in and around the top flight. We have had quite a few years at the top of the premier league/first division in that period. We are a famous and recognisable club. The media are always interested in us because we are a big club. We aren't a cup side hence why we havent won many trophies. We got screwed in the 90s due to the european ban to not get in europe. We were the top london club in 1995 (?) I think. Even at a massive low point currently we are still mid table in the second tier. Which isnt terrible.
I am not saying we are a HUGE club. How hard is that to grasp. I am saying we are a fairly big club though, and I stand by that

Of course you are. One league cup to your name. Small stadium, small fan base. More time spent out of the top division than in it.
There's no criteria in which QPR qualify as a big club. They aren't even medium size.
Not meaning to pick on QPR but it's the reality.

If we were managed correctly over the last 20 years we would probably be a top 10 club in england. One of the big boys. We had it all there and we blew it. We are a big club. Remember we were a late up and comer. It wasnt till the 60s that we really starting making an impact. If you look at our record over the last 60 years there is no doubt we are in the top 20 teams in the country in terms of average league position

so to conclude you have been shiiit for 50 years apart from the occasional spell in the top flight. but you have been unable to establish yourselves as a top flight club as you succumb to the gravity of the lower leagues.
