BlaBla, he's already proven he's a better right back than Valencia. Valencia is not a footballer.

Robb,
Can't understand why you're giving Heisenberg grief to be fair.
You backed moyes to the end so what's wrong with him backing LVG, there's mo difference really.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yes there is though.
For decades we weren't a sacking club. Moyes came and I thought there was no way we'd sack him as we just don't do that. And then we did. The club drew the lines and showed what their plans were for managers who weren't up to scratch so that altered what I thought the expectations were of the board. That long term thinking was a thing of the past if the manager was doing badly.
LVG is doing badly. So badly that its actually overtaken the moyes season and we are an absolute joke. Moyes or not, it doesn't take away from the fact that LVG has to be sacked now. Imagine another week of him. We could genuinely be knocked out of the fa cup and the Europa. Why risk it?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
That's a pretty weak argument, the only reason we weren't a sacking club for decades was because we had the greatest manager to ever manage in England.
It's not disrespectful, they are. The players you mentioned were all far supeior to Valencia (after 2012), Young and Fellaini.
Not criticising the manager because of an injury crisis is a cop out when you look at all the available evidence for his failure as a manager at this club.
You sound like an Arsenal fan defending Wenger for ten years of failure.
Doesnt mean robb didn't believe it Dunc
Anyway I'm going to bed. Night, chaps.

Yes and Saf had just told us all to give him time. I won't apologise for the first time in my life having to give a manager time when he really struggled. After the club sacked him I realised that times have changed and we became (or became again) a sacking club .
Let's put it this way. If LVG had taken over from Saf and Saf had said to give him time I would have been exactly the same as I was with Moyes. Without sounding too cheesy, until that sacking it was a more innocent time. I thought he would have time but once he was sacked I guess I became as ruthless as the club as I figured that's the new reality

nope sorry - don't agree with you. park and o'shea arent much better than young or fellaini for example (if even they are better). Fletcher was good but very limited.
they were fortunate to have more world class players to play with - rio, vidic, rooney, ronaldo, tevez etc
we've digressed somewhat however
sorry VC meant Wum not sum.
we are not yet a sacking club robb
only in extraordinary circumstances in moyes
lvg was brought in with a short term view, he and the club would decide when he goes - i doubt he will be sacked. he is respected by the club and they know how big a job he has on his hands.
the next manager will hopefully be a longer term manager and i really hope that is not maureen
For decades we weren't a sacking club
-----------------------------------------------------------------
That is because 50 years of ur last 70 years have taken by our 2 most successful managers. Unfortunately the 5 managers between the two were all sacked. One after SAF was sacked, one was interim and one should be sacked.
Despite how this season has panned out I think van gaal would have done a better job immediately following Fergie than moyes did.
When I mean for decades we weren't a sacking club I mean for my life I pretty much had Saf there and was almost brainwashed by the story of how he defied the odds and wasn't sacked. I thought moyes could redo that path but I was wrong.

Where do you think I am wumming.
I dont. I think 1 thing that has gone in LVGs favour has been that he only had to improve on 7th in his first season

He's also proven to be a disaster in some of his jobs. That is often a red flag.
I'm sure someone will say Jose has red flags but he's never really been a disaster anywhere. Just a bit of a fail this season at Chelsea but he left a good side and won them their CL group .
Explain how following Moyes 7th place finish was a bad thing for LVG please blabla.

Wasn't really a mess. If anything having no European football helped LVG as he had less distractions and opportunity for weariness.
He was given huge money and ended up even to this day relying on a lot of players Moyes left him.
Ddg, smalling, mata, Rooney, fellaini, young, Jones, Valencia all play when fit for the boss. And he was also left players like kagawa, welbeck, nani, Rafael and Hernandez but shipped them out without really replacing them all
The thing that frustrates many on here about LvG is that it had gone exactly how some knew it would.
Strict philosophy enforced. The manager falling out with players (ADM, Valdes,Herrera) and ultimately, failure.
