Same thing with De Bruyne. Chelsea fans blamed the player

Can't believe we sold Lukaku, Mata, KdB and kept Oscar, Willian and Pedro . Creativity sacrificed for chicken headlessness.

You guys dont love a bit of a Belgian clique like we do.
Lukaku with De Bruyne behind is what you could of had.
Wasn't Lucas Piazon supposed to be a great player too. What happened there?
Piazon is with Reading for a season loan. He is playing with Brazil U-23, can't see him making it at Chelsea.
Few years back we had a wealth of attacking players and now we are struggling to create a chance apart from set pieces.
Knew these articles would be up today...
Look, his attitude was what made Mourinho not want him and that's why he was gone, I'd love to see him at a top club where We can really see if he can do it.
He got chances at Chelsea, he didn't take them.
Fooking accept it and move on, he left years ago
The emergence of Traore has torn apart the myth that Lukaku never got a chance.
Is Traore going to last though?
Chelsea have loaned our 3 squads worth of players but have had managers always looking at the short term success and never giving youth a chance.
Can blame Abramovich for that as theyd be getting the sack if success wasnt delivered. AVB wanted the old guard out and play younger players instead but was never given a long enough period to implement it. Not that he would have guaranteed anything.
He got chances at Chelsea, he didn't take them.

Willian - are you serious??????
We'd have been majorly flucked without him this season!
, you've got to laugh at some of this stuff.
Yes majorly fckd without Willain.
Lukaku,?
A player with his ability should never ever been allowed to leave.
He should have been nurtured, some players take 5 minutes others take an hour, that is the nature of the beast.
The truth is Cfc are not providing the right environment irrespective of who is the manager imo.
I can't believe some if you are denying this. I almost got banned from the Chelsea board for saying that Chelsea don't give young players a chance. Lukaku was accused of not wanting to fight for his place but this was just head buried in sand stuff from Chelsea fans.
Hugo, who knows what the future holds with Traore, the point is he is now second choice and has used his limited minutes to climb 2/3 places in the pecking order in less than two months.
Considering Lukakus competition in 11/12 was Torres and a 34 year old Drogba, chances are if he used his minutes that season even half as good as Traore did this, he would have probably been rewarded, but he didn't.
Also I find it funny no one wants to praise the club when they get it right.
Zouma up until his ACL was developed to almost perfection, but hey, that doesn't fit that narrative.
Is it like this every time an ex player plays/scores against Chelsea.
Sturridge, Matic, KDB and Rom all moved in from Chelsea and just one came back.
Do you want the other three back because they have done well at another club??
Lukaku went to Everton ON LOAN and did brilliantly. I was amazed that CFC sold him after that. He proved what he could do given a chance and he still wasn't wanted
He did brilliantly on LOAN at WBA also.
Sturridge Matic and KDB all left, did well and only Matic was transferred back in!

Returning, Zouma was already an established player from his time in France, he is hardly the best example of CFC development
Why do people always throw Zouma up as an example of Chelsea nurturing youth?
We signed him for in excess of £12m and already being developed in France.
Totally agree with you iffy!
To me, he seems to have the Belgian syndrome. Needs guarantees and lacks fight, re Hazard, KDB.
No one gets guarantees at Chelsea, deal with it and fight.
Also, werent sime Everton fans complaining about Lukaku in his first permanent year at Everton? The guy seems to score in floods and droughts**
Shockingly clueless post - 25 goals this season really lacked the fight to turn the game yesterday didnt he - take a bow
Everton never win anything why not give them a passage through to finally winning a cup as its been over 20 years?
