The guys I filtered to start with weren't gentlemen.

I started a thread and had some abuse for no reason. I asked for an apology or the filter would be out and I got abused again.

This must have been at the time of the T20 WC. Because a couple of 'contributors' couldn't post to my thread I was asked to unfilter them by people like Kash and Afraidi. At the same time, our good friends were telling people that I was deleting and filtering. That wasn't true at all. And they persuaded someone to change their thread (T20 fantasy league thread?) to the official WC thread. I ended up filtering those that abused me, those that lied and those that told people to use a different thread.

I think that's fair enough.
