Add Jedinak to the last Tam. Twice the height of Price and can grow a proper beard.
------------------------------------------------------------------
Yes, just noticed that one, he writes like a twelve year old wannabe journalist, but that is still good enough to get quoted in the E&S.

A quote from the Jedinak article "He is renowned for his fantastic ability to sense danger, and snuff out the build-up play from the opposition before it manifests into something more dangerous."

I meant more so after his "Beaver is going nowhere he'll be our manager for the season" 24 hours later the trigger is pulled

Think these would get us promoted and a steal at £638m.

Here is a list of the most expensive player in each position. Notably two of them have happened today.

Goalkeeper: Gianluigi Buffon (£32.6m, Parma - Juventus 2001)

Right-back: Dani Alves (£27.5m, Sevilla - Barcelona 2008)

Centre-back: David Luiz (£50m, Chelsea - Paris St-Germain 2014)

Centre-back: John Stones (£47.5m, Everton - Manchester City 2016)

Left-back: Luke Shaw (£27m, Southampton - Manchester United 2014)

Right midfield: Angel di Maria (£59.7m, Real Madrid - Manchester United 2014)

Centre midfield: Paul Pogba (£89m. Juventus - Manchester United 2016)

Left midfield: James Rodriguez (£63m, Monaco - Real Madrid 2014)

Right forward: Cristiano Ronaldo (£80m, Manchester United - Real Madrid 2009)

Centre forward: Gonzalo Higuain (£76.5m, Napoli - Juventus 2016)

Left forward: Gareth Bale (£85.3m, Tottenham - Real Madrid 2013)

Total cost: £638.1m

Oh and Price of course!

quite possibly the most error prone back four in the history of the game

I would have thought that Doyle and Fletcher would have been in there, although my football awareness has a somewhat narrow focus.

So now we maybe buy him then loan him out to team outside the UK.

Anyone remember this guy:

Ghanaian midfielder Emmanuel Frimpong has joined the second Arsenal of his career.

The 24-year-old former Gunners player has signed a two-year deal with newly promoted Russian Premier League club Arsenal Tula.

He left divisional rivals Ufa by mutual consent in April.

Some say he'd have kept us in the Prem.

Don't really understand why there would be any confusion over a work permit if you work in the press.

It should be fairly simple to find out if he would get one coming to us.
