JV’s reasoning aside I’m delighted he won’t be an Arsenal player.

As seen with England and Leicester he is better at running in behind, and less efficient playing with his back to goal – which invariably he would have to do playing for Arsenal.

Good player but never thought he was the right fit for us.

If Vardy doesnt want to come to Arsenal, I suspect that in his heart of hearts he is worried that he is not good enough and will end up as a squad player/sub behind Giroud. After all we know Wenger has an unjustifiable love of Le Statue.
