The only fair way to reverse the referendum is for us to finalise Brexit, spend a reasonable amount of time outside the EU (say 10 years) and then ask people if they want to rejoin in a fresh referendum

Only a lunatic thinks the referendum can be reversed. It would destroy our democracy, and basically turn us into a dictatorship. Especially if the SNP follow through with their threats.
