Forcing your players to drink two bottles of water every morning.
There's sports science and then there's losing the plot.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Watch extra time again in the Scottish cup semi final , one team is fully hydrated and the other lie outside kebab shops in Edinburgh

Shame it never worked when you were blowing out your erses on cup final day

The cup final was the highlight of the tims season they are still celebrating it even tough they got knocked out 6 weeks before it
I doubt we'll be seeing any player tweeting about finishing training early, going to Nando's and playing Playstation for the rest of the day for a while.

Now if it wasn't for the fact that your highlights were court wins, something about Res 12 and a semi final in a cup you didn't win, you might have a point.
However......

The highlight of my season was football, good attacking footbal but only in games we played in, winning the league at a canter going to hampden 3 times winning 2 and losing one in the last minute was a great season, who would have thought getting into a final with the chance of Europe after clinching the league , amazing

The question is: do they want to improve themselves as both footballers and professionals?
If so, stick to the guidelines set out for you, there's a good chap.
This is why Rangers came racing out the traps last year. We'll have the fittest squad in the country. We made Dundee look like the fat wasters that they obviously are when they were gasping for breath with half an hour to go. Next season won't be any different.
This kind of approach can only be good for Scottish football as a whole.
Thankfully guys like Timmy aren't in charge.
Are you describing Barca or are you describing Rangers playing part time teams n a one horse race..n yes like it or not it was a one horse race laudo
I have honestly never seen so many Celtic supporters celebrating a cup final victory they were not involved in? there's even photos on twitter of some of the eejits at the game on the pitch after full time!! pathetic

Yes-who would have thought that you would have won Scotland's second division with the second highest budget in the country?
Or that of your 3 appearances at Hampden, one of them would have been for the Petrofac cup?!?
Or that having had the second highest budget in Scotland over the last 4 years, you would make a major cup final for the first time in what-5 years?!?
Or that having the second highest budget in Scottish football, you still couldn't achieve reaching European football???
Yes-truly remarkable. Must be like pawrn reading that...
