More teams should invest in over-rated managers IMO

Guardiola hasn't won the CL for six years, so it's not working.

I dunno if it's just me, but I have noticed since Fergie retired people are focussing far more on the influence of the manager on a team compared to before.

Obviously they're massively important, but Real Madrid and Barcelona are a good reminder that players are, and always will be, the most important people at the club.

Top players win you top prizes. It's why novices like Zidane and Enrique can win the CL and La Liga.

Managers have always been more highly regarded in Blighty than here.

I reckon Rodgers should have a crack at the Barca job. If he can achieve 85 points in a season with only Suarez on his team, imagine what he could achieve with Suarez + 10 other players.

I actually think Andre Gomes is a good ball player! He just seems to be severely lacking in the tactical/positional aspect of the game IMO.
