Hey Wahl bro, I think you should do a top ten achievements list between Pep and Jose to see who finally is the bestest?
6 games in to be fair. Last year you were terrible till December. I do think you have serious issues with your squad but even then Conte can't be given too much blame as he's only had one transfer window. Resigning Sideshow is a mistake though. He's not a good defender and he's 29. Doesn't address your issues of an aging /poor defence.

You can't compare last season under Jose to this season Wahl, Jose had won the title the previous year and had a transfer window to add to the squad (probably didn't get who he wanted) so he was goign into last season with a title winning squad some new players and also he is fully aware of the challenges he woudl face inthe premier league.
Conte is in his first season in a new league, inherited this squad and had a bit fo a rushed pre season with the Euro's.
So IMO it's not fair to compare the two at the moment, Conte needs time to adjust and learn the league and Jose didn't need that.
It's never all the players or managers fault it always has to be a combination of the two.
It's still Mourinho's fault.
Rash with his first decent comment on JA606. Well done.
Pochettinbro, that's a good idea, I definitely will do that.
Matadude, I agree that Conte doesn't deserve blame because the issue is the squad, but ain't that also true for Mourinho?
Sidebro, cmon bro. Cmon.
Knee dude, you said it yourself, he didn't get who he wanted so he didn't have the squad he wanted. That squad let him down. I then let Hiddink down. And it will probably let Conte down.

I make multiple amazing comments a day, I can explain them to you but unfortunatley I can't understand them for you, ya dig?
So Wahl is there something inherently wrong with the current Chelsea squad and it doesn't matter who the manager is?
I dig bro. Let's see if you can continue this amazing run.
Wahl but Mourinho was in charge for two years by that point. It was his duty to sort out those issues.
Knee dude, yeah I think so. These player all have the wrong attitude and there's only 1 leader in the whole squad and that's Terry. Guys like Hazard and Cuuuntois don't want to be here and guys like Matshiiiit and Oscuuunt ain't good enough.
Matadude, Mourinho wanted to add to the squad in 2015 Summer, but he wasn't able to get the players he wanted. He wanted Stones but ended up with Djilobodji. He wanted Pogba but didn't get ANY midfielder. I think he knew what was going to happen (Although I don't think he expected to be as bad as it was) but wasn't given what he needed to stop it.
If that's the case (not saying I agree) then the club needs to reassess it's entire structure and squad.
If a squad rehaul is required (think of the money spent this summer) then you will have to be patient as that won't happen overnight.
I don't mind being patient at all and I want to keep Conte since he's a pretty great manager. All I'm saying is if we can see the problems with the squad now, doesn't that prove Mourinho weren't to blame after all?
I dunno cause Mourinho did go pretty awol last year but at the same time you have some pretty soft players. Also I think there's a lack of creativity in your team.

Depends on how you look at it, you seem to have it split straight down the middle in that it's either the managers fault or the players fault but for me that's too simplistic and it's a combination of both.
I think what's clear now is that we should really be lauding José for what he achieved with that Chelsea team two seasons ago.
I think Mourinho tried all he could tbh. When the players gave up, there wasn't anything he could do to fix things.
Like leadership starts with the manager in any walk of life. a good manager is also a good leader and his players or staff take direction from this.
You work harder for a manager you respect and who you feel respects you, allot of Jose's actions last season didn't give the impresion of respect from him to his players and they then in turn stop working as hard as they can.
If I'm in work and my manager blames me or my colleagues for stuff I know I wasn't at fault for or he/she fails to acknowledge their own faults then naturally you begin to try a little less for that particular manager, respect is a two way street.
Jalisco bro totally. It's exactly what Ferguson did with Man Utd towards the end. They made their teams play better than they would normally be able to.
Knee dude, it's hard for a manager to do anything when his players have given up.
Knee dude, but the players were bad with Hiddink too. It's not to do with them liking the manager, the players are too soft and they ain't good enough.

So that brings us back to the clubs structure, who is actually signign players at Chelsea?
Wahl Mourinho did buy some of them so he is.partly to blame
I don't even know who signs players for Chelsea, but they didn't sign the players Mourinho wanted, so they're definitely to blame.
Bro wonder. Mourinho didn't buy Biiitch boy, Oscuuunt, Cuuuntois, Ivanoshiiit or Failhill. the only bad one he bought was Matshiiit, who was awesome when he first signed.
