It's not a shock that the day Brexit becomes less likely the pound shoots up in value...

Why should MPs get to vote on Brexit when a majority of the electorate voted for Brexit. A clear mandate from the people of the UK to leave. MPs as representatives of the electorate should abide by the wishes of them
Get us out !!
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Due to this thing called law.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
they voted in parliament 6 to 1 to let the people decide whether to stay or leave, we have done that now tipe to wipe the tears away and accept it and get on with the process of leaving.

They voted in parliament to effect an advisory referendum.
They have no legal right to activate any clause without parliament approving it as it greatly affects the British way of life.
So law is in the way.

If MP's voted against Brexit (without any mitigating circumstances) it would be political suicide.
I agree however I can't see how the UK are going to get a bespoke deal that benefits all.

Brexit voting was daft anyway.
16-18 year olds unable to vote, and people over 75 were able to vote and they'll be dead before any of this makes a difference!
----------------------------------------------------------------------
quite a silly comment, you shouldnt have a vote if you are likely to die soon? they could outlive people under 75, post makes no sense at all.

Another Brexiter who hasn`t got a clue what will happen when Britain finally leaves. Same old rhetoric, we voted out, so let`s get out. Really sad that all the Brexit crew want out, even if it means it will be a lot worse than staying in.
If the Brexiteers were actually able to tell us what will happen, they may come over as a bit more credible. But just to keep saying 17 million voted out and Brexit means Brexit is utter garbage.
Sandy it was a load of bollox Cameron nearly lost Scotland but goes one better & loses Europe there was no need for a referendum he was merely ingratiating himself to the disaffected Tories who left to join UKIP & the those lying c nuts Boris Johnson, Nigel Farage & Michael Gove are nothing but a effing disgrace !!!

yes, in a nutshell. well done.
Sandy do you think the decision made by the majority of the British public should be reversed to suit you?
One crumb of comfort is that Boris, Davies, Fox etc will not be in their jobs for too long.

same question to you Stuart Pearce....
Koeman, what was your reason(s) for wanting to leave the EU?
I've got nothing against being wanting Brexit as long as it was an informed decision and unfortunately this referendum wasn't.
A huge amount of people voted on false promises such as the £350m contributions going to the NHS amongst other false promises. Both campaigns were poorly run but the Brexit camp was just outrageous.
So i'm interested to know your views because I personally think that if it was a proper informative campaign then remain would have won.
