So you want to leave the single market, cut all ties with the EU and stop immigration?
What's your plan after that?
I've said I would respect a Brexit decision if it was informed but there is literally no plan. A lot of the votes were gained on false promises and xenophobia.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
trade with the rest of the world on our terms and watch the EU disintregrate
The irony with all this is that the EU will have hung itself by the time we leave anyway.

The level of ignorance you have spouted on here is exactly the reason we have only ever had three referendums. Giving fwits like you the opportunity to decide fundamental issues is a very bad idea.

The Government fecked up completely by calling the Referendum in the first place, how can you let Jeremy Kyle UKippers decide our future.

UKIP has 17.3 million members or you're a numpty?

Koeman you haven't a clue mate. You think the UK can just go on about trading deals with the rest of the world? Would those countries rather have better terms with the UK's 65m population or the 650m in the EU...
Do you understand how long it takes to conclude individual deals? The Canada-EU alone is about 7 years in.
The onus was on Brexit to provide alternatives. Rather they won votes on xenophobia and false statements then when it was won your leaders denied those very statements and jumped ship.

that's down to opinion, but the fact remains that we will be leaving the EU.
Obviously I am aware the the UK is leaving the EU. My point is that such an important decision should have never been made without full awareness and information. As well as alternative plans instead of a false sense of patriotism and clouded judgement.

I agree that everything should have been set out that way you wouldnt be able to pull this stunt now where we are re-asking Parliament the same question they answered before the referendum was held.

----------------------------------------------------------------------
you're being very naive if you think 17.3 million voted on a false sense of patriotism and clouded judgement, can't you respect other peoples points of view?
Problem is that for every rational Brexiteer there's about a half dozen irrational ones. I've heard immigrants voting to leave the EU because of a rise in immigration.
I've heard someone say they voted leave as a sign of protest and did not expect a win.
Then we have the infamous £350m a week to the NHS which lured in ALOT of people and subsequently dismissed after the referendum was won.
You see most people aren't critical thinkers or have much if any knowledge of politics. It's easy to win those votes on lies and not to mention it was such a marginal win where about 30% of voters didn't even turn up.
Where did I mention that 17.3m people voted for the same reason? I'm telling you that a significant amount voted on lies such as the £350m a week to the NHS.. If you deny that then you're deluded in what has gone on.
The remainers keep saying that the out voters didn't know what they were voting for as if this is something unusual. At General Elections people with long standing political affiliations will vote the same way as they always have without having a clue what their parties policies are.

what can we do about 30% of the voters not turning up? the turn-out absolutely dwarfed any election turn out, I've seen and heard some nasty nasty stuff from people on the remain side, a woman on question time last night said that she hopes all leave voters children get ill one of many nasty remarks, it's not one-sided.

the actual quote was that 350m would be available for other services like the NHS, no one was saying 350m would all go on the NHS, but alas you look for a straw and you clutch it tightly.
Actually the 1972 EU act was against the law because it gave away soveriegnty.
Get the judges to have a look at that.
We should not bother negotiating with the EU.
We should not bother with article 50.
We should just get rid of the 1972 act.
Let the EU put tariffs on goods, see if it matters.
The City has ways around access to the single market, so we should not worry.
