Is it that time of the week ( or year? ) already?

All the best for Christmas and the New Year Lads and lasses!

If Ant is back then let him lead the line. Not ideal but may have to do.

have a sneaky suspicion he may go 2 up top tomorrow and play ant with duke

posted on 16/12/16

Nah he'll go usual 451 with Doukara up top with Phillips and Viera in the middle, Sacko right and Dallas left. Wont work too well then he'll change it to 442 last 20. With Wood id fancy us to win this comfortably, without, I'm not sure. Would like to see Ant Douk and Roofe in a 433

think he will give ant the nod tomorrow to make an impression in woods absence.

If you ain't going to give ant the nod in this situation then you really have to ask the question.

What I the point of ant?

Another 2-0 for me. Douk and Ant if he plays. If not then maybe 2 for Douk.

Thanks Highland!

for me as always.

He's a clever player and can finish, hopefully we play to his strengths. Same goes for Douk. There's a good striker in there, sadly we don't use him properly. If Ant and Douk play, they might score, they might not, but they will give the Brentford backline a torrid afternoon

You are aware that this Happy Xmas $hite is politically incorrect.

Anyway bollox to that!

Let's sit down for our Xmas dinner reflecting on another good win for the mighty whites and looking forward to better times than we've had for a long while! MOT!

Trouble with this match is we really have got to win it, and The Nylons will come to E.R. quite happy to frustrate us and go home with a point ( or three ) which would really pi$$ on our parade. I'll be pessimistic, it seems to work .....

NAHHH ,, time we beat someone 3-0, tomorrow's the day, Roofe (2), Bartley.

I also think Roofe will get on the score sheet.
Think we'll win.

Think we will win but won't be easy if Doukara is playing in Woods place, but will be happy to come on here tonight and seek forgiveness if I'm wrong,

Monk saying he wants to give wilks a shot at some point so it would be great to get ourselves into a comfortable position so he can bring him on

Would be great to have a striker come through, it's about time.

I hope I'm wrong, but I think we'll struggle a bit today without wood, it means a whole new system and shuffle in midfield.

Hopefully our other attackers will see it as an opportunity to stake a claim for a place. Roofe and Ayling have already shown that good performances can make it hard for injured players, no matter how good they are, to get straight back in. This is an opportunity for whoever Monk starts up top.

How anyone can say we'll win 6-1 is beyond me. Even with wood we hardly ever get 3!

Phillips or Bridcutt with Viera is another big decision facing monk. Id start Phillips and bring Bridcutt on second half.

Shaun - it's Christmas and we're all dreaming of that magical present - doesn't mean we will get it, but you never know?

posted on 17/12/16

If fit then Bridcutt has to start
