Agreed it's hardly worth your while. Some will always attempt to find ways but the benefits are small.

Amazon and Starbucks get bad reputations too but it gets ignored that they provide plenty of jobs. Not to condone the things they've done but the damage that can be done to individuals if they decided laying off staff was how they'd pay more. It's definitely a double edged sword. You want as much revenue as possible from these companies but you don't particularly want to force people out of work to get it.

Used to have a couple of married with kids the whole nine yards friends we went practically everywhere with.


Anyways. We're at a wedding and stayed over the night. All up for breakfast and we walked into the most awful frosty couple who couldn't even look at each other the next morning. He bursts into tears, leaves the table, gets in his car and fooks off.

We're both sat there speechless until the wife explains that during the night he'd tried to cop a wee grope in an attempt to get his Nat King.

She's lying half asleep and well piissssed and says something along the lines of "that's amazing Daphne (or whoever)". Lights straight on and she just lets it all spill out she'd been in a lezza relationship with the next door neighbour (also married with kids) for years.

Well you could have knowvhed us down with a feather.

I so wanted to take the piiisss but was well warned off. 🙁
