He goes in to congratulate them after a win so he had a right to after that performance in Friday. Like I said. If I was Mel I would have sent the team bus back empty and told them all to find their own way back and be in training for 7am on Saturday

I intend to at least raise an issue with Ang when he appears. Came across a "mild" Colman's English Mustard yesterday.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
'For those who find our traditional English mustard a little too hot'
It's just Americanised yellow ketchup and an excuse to sell more water.
Jeremiah Colman would turn in his grave !
When you look at your squad its frightening...full of quality...you shuda peised this league for the last 3 seasons
From an outsider i think its the weight of expectation that just seems to cripple you at times
History will continue to repeat itself with Morris in control.
I think you will do it next season
Rowett has proved he is a good manager at burton and brum and will give you that steel to get over the line next time
What numpty of a manager sends chris martin on a season long loan to fulham??....imo had you had him with mclaren back you would be in the playoffs now
I have allus rated chris martin and enjoy watching him play...what was pearson thinking??
Take away Pearson's 9 games in charge and this would be the table....pld,pts,GD..
1.Brighton............33..72..+30
2.Newcastle.........33..69..+29
3.Leeds................33..60..+17
4.Reading............33..59..+1
5.Sheff Wed.........33..58..+14
6.Huddersfield......32..58..+1
7.Fulham...............33..57..+24
8.Derby.................33..56..+9
Spart knew ....for once.
We would have still been in with a chance then Backo
'What was pearson thinking?'
'Who's next for a good chinning ?'

View if you think Derby deserve to be in the top six can you tell me on one hand the best games you've seen us play this season? I'll give you one wolves the first half
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Wolves and Florest and that IS one hand in East Anglia
Just don't think other teams have been out and out world beaters, you know a particular team which has run away with the league like, say Reading a few years ago.
Which makes our lack of achievement even worse
Griff..6 points from the first 9 games was a shocking start. Just think...even a moderate start and we would still be in the thick of it. All ifs and maybe's but Pearson's team selection and transfers cost us badly.

View, all the clubs above Derby this season aren't world beaters, they have shown stability not changed their managers. Newcastle with their budget, squad and home crowds should have won the league by now. The day should be said of Villa. Look at the £'s they have spent on their squad. It's seems Villa are looking to make a move for Roberts in the summer.

And Wolves £7m for Chris Martin, apologies if this has been discussed 👍
Well Rowett came out the week and said he wanted Martin back and has already spoke to him. There's a few players id like to see leave before we start selling our better players. Ive said earlier that if Rowett picks Bent tmoro then I will not understand it. He cant surely be thinking of offering him a new contract with Already having Martin,Vydra and Nugent. I hope he brings in Lowe,Christie,Hughes,Bennett and Anya tmoro.
I've been surprised to see Bent getting on ahead of Vydra in the last two games. I don't think Rowett was happy with Vydra's efforts in the first half against Fulham. A shame as Vydra was finally showing what he can do in his best position.
I'm sure Rowett will get it right next season with the right backing from the chairman. He must know now which players he's going to try and move on.
I wouldn't play Olsson, Russell, Bryson, Christie, Butterfield or Bent tomorrow as I don't think they have a future at Derby.
If Bent plays ahead of Vydra tomorrow it will tell me Vydra doesn't have a future at Derby
Hendrick wanted out regardless of manager.
Think you're right about Vydra Griff.
Maybe so Vidal on Vydra. Many of us called the ht sub against Fulham as they were dominating the midfield so much. But we are not right in there.
Christie hasn't played for a bit Griff so I think he may get a run tmoro. Don't think he's played for Rowett yet. Id shove Baird inside and drop Pearce. Russell's efforts on the highlights looked shocking.
Hendrick wanted out regardless of manager
--------------------------------------------------------------
What grates me about that is Dale Stephens wanted out of Brighton more than Hendrick but he was told he was staying. Simple as that. So why couldn't we have done the same? The price does not mean anything if you don't replace. And we didn't. With Thorne also out it really does look clueless.
It was the right sub at the time and you can see why Rowett kept that midfield afterwards. But when it needed a shake-up in the next two games when we were playing poorly it was not Vydra he looked to.
Come this summer, Forsyth, Thorne, Blackman and Martin are back. That's like 4 signings
Griff, what JR need is what the young people of today refer to as an "arm around the shoulder". Bit of love, regain confidence and effectively a fifth signing. And you are just the chap to do it
Three signings Griff, or has Blackman had a quantum leap in ability while he has been out.
