GR has tried the "arm round the shoulder" for JR but if his performance on Friday was the outcome of it I will be on his way. Interesting how JR and GR are Neighbours in posh duffield.
Spart I agree with what you say about Blackman but GR could get the best out of him. Or maybe not. But he is still a better option in the squad than Anya, Camara and Bennett,

For that matter Bryson lives near them both too, Griff. All within 1/4 mile. I hope/think Rowett is a little more professional than that though
Sack 'em based on post code lottery then
Nigel Callaghan used to live near me
Baz, I was wondering if they ever chat over the fence to eachother.
Bucko says a lot of them live around Duffield because they can't afford to live where we do
A good flush should do the trick. If that fails then take a stick to it.
Whoops wrong thread.

What thread was that Iwas? Can't see a thread entitled megacolon problems.
Are you being serious Spart or are you REALLY that stupid?
Gave birth to a Forest fan this morning as it happens. Took some flushing too I can tell you.
Of course I am being serious Baz. Megacolon is a real medical problem for some people and of course can lead to social embarrassment as well. There are not enough threads covering this distressing condition.

Took your time trying to dig yourself out of hole Spart!!!
Unsuccessfully.
I find that Codine results in enormous hard packed jobbies. The pain of getting rid of it is worse that the pain it masks.
Opiates do that Iwas. As a student we used to take Collis Brown compound to come down after a hard partying weekend. One of the effects was to reverse the effect of copious amounts of ale on the digestive tract. I don't think you can buy Collis Brown compound today.

You're in luck Spart. All opiates cause constipation. In the long term they paralyse the colon and can cause acquired megacolon. Sufferers can then get "overflow" diarrhoea when the colon is choc-full of solid stuff and only a bit of liquidy material can make its way out. The afflicted may interpret this as diarrhoea, take more constipating medicines and exacerbate the problem.
I advise sticking to the high fibre and leading blameless lives. This way happiness lies, at least in the toiletting department. Life is too short to spend significant portions of it trying to force from the lower colon an obstinate squatter twice the diameter of the aperture from which it is destined to emerge.

This is out of order, these dietary tract comments should be on my thread.
